    I Really mixed feelings about this game

    let me get this right out the way this game is not as kid friendly as it was marketed as its still kid friendly just know there are some jokes that will probably fly over your kids' heads the best way I can describe this game is a Horror for Kids that doesn't have quite enough horror content to be considered a horror game by a lot of people    I Really mixed feelings about this game

    the gameplay is a very mediocre hunting puzzle game you go around setting traps and trying to catch all the Bugsnax that are located on the island to catch some of them you will need to figure out how like a puzzle

    Overall, it's a mediocre game if you are interested in the game for yourself get it on sale if you want to get this for a child look into it further since there are some jokes and events that aren't kid friendly    … Expand

    The game is easy but fun. The mechanic is basic but engaging. What makes this game so special and memorable is the story-telling and top-notch voice acting. The character chemistry is well-written as well. I appreciate the whole journey and look forward to the next game.

    Weird game. It's very easy, repetitive, and awkward as an adult, yet it's also quite inappropriate for kids. Just feels like a boring game that only became popular because of memes because of its weirdness, but the game itself is not worth playing, even for free.

    Me lleve una grata sorpresa con este juego, teniendo temas sutilmente incluidos como relaciones personales, motivación personal, veganismo y preferencias sexuales. Me parecio un juego increíblemente entretenido y que no es nada para niños.

    I can turn Beffica into a pickle. Music is excellent as well. Not a perfect game, but I was overall very satisfied.

    There's something so unnerving about this game. It feels more like a horror game at times than anything, and honestly I think it's 100% intentional. I won't spoil anything here.     Game of the century should be. Everything is great here. A lot of fun, Cyberpunk 2077 is garbage at his side.

Catching bug snacks.. bugsnacks as the name suggests are half bugs half snacks, and once you eat them you can choose a limb that these bugs become… each character will have you running around their areas collecting different snax and feeding them to them, which is a puzzle within itself, you’ll have to bait some out, trick them into fighting each other, trip them out of the sky, it really is fun trying to figure out just how to catch the snack you’re after.. Though bugsnax doesn’t quite have the magic a game like pokemon has, I never felt the urge beyond the first couple of hours to go out and catch them all... really only capturing the ones I needed to progress the story, and usually im a sucker for collect them all type games, but im just not wure what it was, weather its due to the fact this is simply a ftch quest game or that the areas youre running around are all bare bones and not fun or intriguing to explore, you get that feeling of, eh if I need this one ill come back and get it later,rather than feeling like you found a collectable that you need to grab right this moment… which a game like this should feel… scanning these creatures in the wild will give you hints on how to catch them, and some need caught later on after you aquire a new catching aid from the story…. But bugsnax overall is a really cute and charming game, it is enjoyable from start to finish, even if it doesn’t urge you to do much outside of mainlining… This is a hidden gem definitely worth your time, especially for those into collecting games… you’ll still have fun trying to collect them all until you’re over it…

    I love the concept, and it's super charming. However, in my opinion, the ending was pretty sudden and unfulfilling. The fire in the game was also pretty frustrating, I felt like half the game was me trying to manage the fire mechanics. And just when you think you're done with the fire, Kero Kero Bonito hits you with an absolute banger in the credits. That part was good though. FairlyI love the concept, and it's super charming. However, in my opinion, the ending was pretty sudden and unfulfilling. The fire in the game was also pretty frustrating, I felt like half the game was me trying to manage the fire mechanics. And just when you think you're done with the fire, Kero Kero Bonito hits you with an absolute banger in the credits. That part was good though. Fairly enjoyable game overall.… Expand

    One of the most charming and fun games I've played in the last ten years. Stands up near tacoma in terms of interesting puzzles and complex character relationships. A very serious game dressed up to look like a children's story

    I love this game! It's simple fun. Funny and gooffy dialogue. A lot more engaging that Pokemon.

    A strange concept but story unfolds to having a surprising amount of depth. Some moments I found myself laughing out loud. A funny game worth playing.

    I have never felt so alive. Immediatley after I started the game I felt... happiness. I felt alive. Never before in my life have I witnessed such a masterpiece. It might very well be the game that defines this generation. A true work of art, a game like no other. Bugsnax has set a new bar when it comes to storytelling

    Me fascinó el juego. Es muy entretenido, y eso de capturar esos bichos por medio de trampas ingeniosas y variadas es un puntazo al juego. Vale mucho la pena.

    Bugsnax makes you feel like a delicious snack. It's a game I could not put down because the combat is so good. The world is fun to explore and the stories it has to tell are rich and compelling. And I’m already anxiously awaiting a sequel. Definitely the best souls-like game on the market.

    Bugsnax are delicious, but you have to be very creative to find a way to catch them all. The hunt itself is engaging and accompanied by quite an interesting story. However, some of the objectives are not clear enough, and while the adventure is full of funny events, it becomes boring after a while. [01/2021, p.54]

    From the jump, Bugsnax caught the gaming world's attention for how genuinely weird it is -- and honestly, that weirdness is a comfort when you dive into the game itself. At its core, Bugsnax is a game that's both about the joy of curiosity and the importance of a found family, all wrapped up in an adorable and addictive package that's going to inspire a wealth of fanworks and merchandise. Whether you're cataloging different types of Bugsnax, coming up with a new trap combination, or interviewing the townspeople of Snaxburg (by the way, props to Young Horses for helping teach players good interview etiquette), Bugsnax is a gaming experience that just works really well -- and it feels like the kind of game that's going to stick around.
