With its accessible gameplay and the official use of characters from the TV series, this is the ideal racing game for very young gamers.

Ultimately, Blaze and the Monster Machines: Axel City Racers is what it is – a simple racing game aimed at young children, with informative loading screens that aim to teach. There’s not much to it, which might make its asking price appear a little steep, but its colourful visuals and basic yet enjoyable gameplay make it a perfect entry point into the racing genre. In the grand scheme of things, however, it doesn’t really impress all that much.

Axle City Racers is not brimming with content, buts it’s a nice little babys first racing game.
There are 8 charcters to choose form all wit their own special abilities and you can play this game solo as well as locally with up to 4 players… which is nice and appreciated.. and there is also an adventure mode.. you can tell fro mthe jump this is intended for a ery young audience, as there is hardly any speed.. you wont be crashing a bunch, though you can drift and jump off ramps for a little boost.. and to get any enjoyment out of it if youre over the age of 8, youre going to have to play on medium or hard diffcilty… theres even an option where the game will auto drive for you.. all of this is great.. a nice little entertaining game for your super tiny little one… and again each charcter has a special ability such as a speed boost or dropping confetti to spin out the charcters behind you that you earn by collecting 10 glowing orbs in a race.. my issue with axle city racers though is the lack of content and lazy track design…
There are no cool tracks here, not one.. and ontop of that there are only 10… 10 tracks to play through… taking me only 1 hour to see all there is to see here…
Zxle City Racers isn’t a bad game, it will entertain your family for like a week and maybe its something you throw in the hands of your 4-6 year old while you do otherstuff.. but other than that you wont get much else out of this game..
I give Blaze and the monster machines axle city racers
    a 6/10
