It is one of those games that still in your many years after you have played it like me. I think I've played this game like 6 times.the biggest problem I say is Combat is not the best it works it is fine but it's lagging something,But the sequels has satisfying gunplay good, so that is that at least I don't think BioShock one is the best in the trilogy, but it is the one I respect the most. Mudanças gráficas praticamente nenhuma, o jogo parece que é o mesmo da antiga geração, porém é muito bom e quem nunca jogou, recomendo.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Bioshock is an amazing game with combat that just outright sucks. Rapture is a crazy place right out of a dream but traversing each of the levels made me feel like I was really there. Andrew Ryan has quickly cemented himself into one of my favorite video games antagonists and I could not get enough of him in the game. The different concepts in the game, Rapture, little sisters and big daddies, atom, plasmids, all of these feel completely fleshed out through ingame dialogue and audio diaries.

Something I could not stand though, was the combat. I know that Bioshock came out in 2007 but the combat is super outdated and boring. The remaster could have fixed many of the issues I had with the combat but it didn't.

But the worst part about Bioshock is that it should have ended earlier.

I feel that the ending the game had was super boring. The boss fight was boring and the 3 endings feel weird, partially because 2 are the exact same and are both weird given the context of the story.

Even the levels before the battle against fontaine mostly feel lesser in both atmosphere and gameplay to all other levels in the game.

If I were the developers, I would have ended the game with Fontaine killing the main character. The 'would you kindly' is easily the best moment in the game and it would have been great to end the game on a high note.

Overall, a great game middled by terrible combat and a disappointing ending.

I have been told that the game is excellent and this may be biased by myself setting the bar too high. It also may be biased by me playing more modern games and getting used to them. I played the complete story and got around 45% of the trophies so you can get a bit of perspective on my gameplay.

If someone asked me if it's a good game, my first reaction would be "meh". It has a good storyline and a good idea for the game. I am taking into account that it released on 2007 but I remember many games that released that same year and my first reaction under the same question would be "definitely excellent". Even though the graphics were similar (I know this is a remaster but I am talking about the game generally). One example of this would be Mass Effect.

I love the 50-60's style of the game and the architecture it applies. It gives it a magnificent charm. I also love how sometimes it plays music from that time similar to Fallout. I thought that this game would be comparable to Fallout but honestly I would rather play Fallout without a doubt.
