Dec 13, 2016Predictable, often boring, and finishing off with an abrupt ending – this episode disappointed me in many ways. However, I was also drawn in by the tragic relationships that arise out of Bruce’s dual lives as a billionaire and the Caped Crusader.

Jan 9, 2017Batman: The Telltale Series Episode 5 gives players a satisfying ending to its first season. There are cool action scenes, each story arc gets its conclusion and the door is left open for a season 2. We just just wish the game had gone full "Bruce Wayne simulator" and had made players struggle to keep Bruce's super hero identity a secret. Also, it's high time Telltale fixed its games' technical issues. An adventure game in which almost half the lines aren't translated is just bad show.

Dec 15, 2016A stellar interpretation of Bruce Wayne and Gotham can’t hide that Batman is one of Telltale’s biggest technical messes yet.
-
Dec 15, 2016City of Light is an underwhelming epilogue that fails to impress. Most of the time it's enjoyable to play, but it lacks an actual ending for the series.
-
Dec 20, 2016Not a great ending for a game that we've been enjoying. It is a shame.
-
Dec 15, 2016City of Light isn’t a disappointing ending by itself, but it’s a ham-fisted conclusion to an unfulfilling take on an overplayed hero.
-
Dec 14, 2016An underwhelming finale to what has been a consistently disappointing season of Batman adventures, with weak storytelling and bland visuals.
