Telltale’s Batman game continues with the most surprising episode yet. This is shaping up to be one hell of a series, despite technical issues.

The twist behind Children of Arkham is a good one that I didn’t see coming. If you thought it had ties to the comic book storyline Court of Owls, keep guessing. I like where this is going.

Although New World Order is the slowest entry of Batman: The Telltale Series yet, it works perfectly as a preparation for the culmination of this story.

Some minor technical improvements don't make up for a weak first hour that lacks the punch of the previous two episodes.

The eventual reveal was shocking and will leave it for the readers to play and discover on their own. I can’t wait to play more.

A stronger episode, but poorly-conceived villains and a lack of satisfying payoff means this increasingly looks like a series you should be playing when it's finished.

This really is "Bruce Wayne - The Telltale Series", and that's a good choice. Episode 3 has a very slow start, but in the end it manages to make you feel more involved than ever.

So far, New World Order is the weakest episode of this Dark Knight adventure.

Batman: The Telltale Series Episode 3 is the least interesting episode of the bunch so far. The player sometimes gets the impression that his choices don't mean anything and that game suffers from crashes and huge framerate drops. Luckily, the story picks up at the end and it looks like Episode 4 could be one for the ages.

As far as the whole visual novel thing goes, Batman is a well written and performed game. As far as an adventure game goes, it's awful.
