Babylon's Fall, an otherwise ambitious and potential ridden project crumbles under the weight of bad design decisions much like the famous tower its title refers to.

Another unimaginative and boring game, not worth the full price.
You get dumped bad dungeons, boring gameplay, and gameplay with no charisma.

    The good:
A new game from Platinum Games.

    The bad:
It has a blatant reuse of textures and Assets almost looks like it's from Bless Unleashed. Generic characters, poorly modeled, more generic and unfunny enemies. Modeling characters and NPCs in a weird style, they look like they are made of scraped clay. I am annoyed by this current fashion imposed for Playstation games where plants and flowers are constantly dancing and never stop (and no, it's not the wind). Extra payments for consumable items, upgrades and cosmetics. PSX/PSOne FFVII-like pre-rendered flat backgrounds. The camera zooms in and out erratically during fights. Only have 3 classes, understand that the game is a game as a service but if Square-Enix is currently having a hard time keeping its fans in FFXIV with known characters and references, how do they intend to do that with these unknown? Square-Enix believes that we are still in 2006, with Play Online and asking us to create an account to play, no thanks.

    Lo Meh!:
Yes, that is a true Fail (instead of Fall). Seriously Platinum if you're going to deliver nonsense like this, save it. If they tell me it's Neverwinter 2, I believe it seems more like a sequel to an MMORPG than a new Hack'n Slash game. You thought that the worst Platinum Games game was TNMT: Mutants in Manhattan, Babylon's Fail comes, shows their shame and once they can fall lower.
