The clay animation, beautiful soundtracks, interesting atmosphere and intriguing soundtracks worth playing this game. The game-play is short; however some of its puzzles are really challenging.

The music is great and the stopmotion/claymation style is absolutely wonderful and we need more games like this, but the game itself is just okay. 69/100

OK, it is not brilliant. It's approximately charming, graphically, but the dialogue is shockingly bad, the characters are barely one-dimensional, the music is pretty poor, the puzzles are out of whack (one of them relies on the colours of the seals on the declaration of independANTZ and it just doesn't match up), the controls (even with the little touchpad thing) are terrible and reallyOK, it is not brilliant. It's approximately charming, graphically, but the dialogue is shockingly bad, the characters are barely one-dimensional, the music is pretty poor, the puzzles are out of whack (one of them relies on the colours of the seals on the declaration of independANTZ and it just doesn't match up), the controls (even with the little touchpad thing) are terrible and really should have been attended to before launch, and the makers obviously couldn't be bothered making the ending look anything like finished. There is a little bit of randomness (e.g. the icons needed for the pink room puzzle) but nowhere near enough to make you want to re-play it. It quickly becomes obvious that nothing like as much work went into it as you might expect for a stop-motion animation (there's a lot of model railway furze, folded-up corrugated cardboard, and just black empty screen, along with some pretty slapdash clay robots and whatnot) but the colours are bright and cheery and you probably won't beg your partner to put you out of your misery while playing it. You might want to spit the baby upon a pike and break the dog's legs before leaving it in a graveyard but the game offers no Platinum trophy so you can happily bale whenever you feel like it.

    Also, "Baby P." Not cool.

    A minor distraction. 3/10.

The clay animation is unique, if you enjoy moving a cursor around with a stick go for it.

I love the music, still sing it randomly sometimes:) Normally i hate clay animations but armikrog has a unique attraction that makes u like it. Puzzles were interesting and smart. Not the best story but I still love it.

The stop-motion clay animation of Armikrog is very impressive, but gameplay wise the game is less impressive. Some point and click moments are cool, but often it just feels like work.

I do love the direction that the developers were going for, but without an entertaining storyline and exciting gameplay, there isn’t much of a reason to pick up the game at all.

I am torn on it because I absolutely loved some of the things that were done, but also came away with the distinct impression that there simply should have been more. More conversation, more depth to the existing mechanics or additional systems that come into play over time, more variety in puzzles and more game in general. I generally enjoyed my time with Armikrog, but came away with the unshakeable feeling that it also missed several opportunities to be a better, more memorable game.
