If all you happen to have is a controller, please skip this game as it was made for PC. I only played less than 2 hours before I had to put it down, whereas the original PC port I had beat all scenarios nearly twice-over. You control everything using your trigger buttons, shoulder buttons, and even the touchpad. With every button press, either I had to hold it down or keep pressing until the action was finally made. Sometimes you can not fully click off a unit and have them go somewhere completely different by accident, leading to a failed attempt at saving someone's life. Every emergency that popped up, I felt I had to pause every single time to even get a team to make it to that area.
Voice acting is alright, and can be comical at times. Whenever I get a call with some guy singing in the shower, it's hilarious. The models are almost the exact same, with the UI being tailored specifically for consoles. It's still kind of fun, but not nearly as much fun as one might expect from the original PC version. Trust me, if you have the money to spend, pick up the PC version. Don't waste your time with the console ports. I'm not sure about the Switch version though, since it does offer a tablet-like touch screen interface. So, it might be similar or better than the one for PC.
If you have picked up the PC version and wish to pick this port up as well, then I suggest purchasing at least at half off. With 211 Operator in the works, I plan to get that for PC only.… Expand
