    Was a decent game at best. Wouldve given it a 6. Its definately not a 9 lmaoooo! I gave it a 2 because even on novice it is just cringe inducing difficult just the second boss (white mask). After trying about 3 times it just became not fun, nor worth trying to excell. Plenty of other games on PS premium to explore.

    9 Moneys of Shaolin successfully blends my love of old action films and brawlers into one wonderful package, and fans of Shaw Brothers films (and the occasional Wu-Tang album) might be keen to know that this is the best translation of that style in any game I’ve seen. If that sounds appealing, this is a no-brainer.

    Overall, this is a brief game, though you can replay missions to max out your skills or find secret statues. That these unlock old-school modifiers like Big Head mode at least shows the game’s got a sense of humour. [Issue#182, p.136]

    With its enjoyable battle system and great co-op mode, 9 Monkeys of Shaolin is a decent tribute to kung-fu movies of the 70s.
