    One of the best games in the series, Sonic CD jump again into home consoles, computers and iOS, in a great conversion from the classic Mega CD Version. And this time with Tails and the japanese/american soundtrack selection option!

    You´ll get an excellent Jump'n'Run featuring this special, distinct look of the early 90s and a few almost brilliant and some otherwise still great stages. If it weren´t for Sonic & Knuckles, this would be Sonic´s crowning achievement of the past.

    Complaints aside, I've really enjoyed the recent time I've spent with Sonic CD. The game begins to shine after you get accustomed to traveling through time and exploring each unique level. This downloadable rerelease is an easy choice for fans of the series or anyone interested in some pure platforming goodness.

    This is the meanest Sonic game ever. Springs will punt you into spikes, the layout works against you as it's hard to get the blue fella up to speed, and the 3D special stage (a rip-off of classic SNES game F-Zero) is tripe. Bummer. [February 2012, p.76]

It has 60 frames per second, 16:9 wide-screen, HD pixel filters, there are two types of spin-dash, you can choose the soundtrack you like more, every theme is perfectly looped . The special stages has been improved as well, it supports leader-boards and trophies and it's only 5$.
