ScottEJan 31, 2009Everything that makes Ratchet and Clank great is still here in this bite-sized portion. The humor, the great characters, the voice acting and of course, the fun! It's a short adventure, but it's great if you just want some classic R&C action without having to commit to a 20 hour quest. Very highly recommended, to fans and newcomers alike.

AaronL.Aug 23, 2008Gameplay is great, Platforming, Puzzles and Beating up the bad guys! It may be short, but its a great addition to the series of Ratchet and Clank.

AaronC.Aug 23, 2008Great Game! Always fun to play, despite the shortness of the game, overall It is just like the other games of the series only shorter..

Nov 29, 2020This grame is great sequel only one problem with this game is that its really short if it would be longer it would have been one of the best ratchet games.
-
May 5, 2021this dlc is not perfect at all but i think it is still good the only fact i dit not liked is the arsenal too short but still enjoyable
-
JohnS.Aug 21, 2008Extremely high production values, not as good as Tools of Destruction, but well worth your time if your a Ratchet fan (or a platformer fan).

Jan 1, 2017Fun but short. It wasn't as good as the other short game, Into the Nexus. It had some other minor differences that made me not like it quite as much as Tools of Destruction or Crack in Time, both of which I adored. I still had fun and had no regrets playing it.

Apr 27, 2012Ratchet & clank: quest for booty is great, really great, but...it's practically the same as its predecessor, and its a bit worse than its predecessor too. Its still a really good game with nice graphics, a comedic script and unique 3rd-person shooter/plat-former/action-adventure/(very loosely) roll playing game play. I want to give it a 9, but its not quite good enough.

Jan 11, 2013This was a really good game even tho it was short and it was a good kinda transition between tools of destruction and a crack in time the reason why I gave it a 8 out of 10 is because lots of the parts were hard to see even with the brightness turned right up

Dec 22, 2020They tried to put in more Puzzle Gameplay and Story/dialogue. Until u actually get decent Gameplay u have to do some boring tasks before + the game is very short too.
-
May 23, 2021This is a good Pirates of Caribbean game but a Cyberpunk version, LOL. To be honest the game is pretty good with only one drawback being so small-sized.
-
Apr 23, 2021A very very Short game, can be beaten in about 2 hours. Still fairly fun, It doesn't lack in the R&C experience besides being so short.
-
Nov 22, 2021I know, you can complete it in 2 hours, but this game is good. Cool music, locations, new gameplay mechanic.
-
AJSOct 4, 2008Not bad for a very short game. Its pretty much some simple puzzles with new ways to use your wrench. the next full blooded R&C should be all tools of destruction was and more with these few new additions.

DavidC.Aug 25, 2008Wow this game was short. i expected a lot more out of Insomniac for this series. The game looks great and is always enjoyable, but the puzzles were too simple and the diversity (even for a Ratchet and Clank game) was minimal. Maybe $10!

Mar 17, 2012Nothing particularly wrong with it but it suffers terribly from its length, as most games like this do. It is merely an add on for Tools of Destruction, a masterpiece, so it was going up against tough competition. If only it had been a serious and long game, then they may have been able to integrate better and newer mechanics than stick with the old formula.
-
May 30, 2012Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty is a really good game. Its no-dout worth the price, but its really short, and feels more like an expation for TOD then a full game. But never the less if your a R&C fan, you need to buy this game.

Dec 5, 2013A bite sized adventure that plays a lot like Tools of Destruction, only this game is more puzzle and platforming based rather than explosive action. The game is fun; however, there is little to no replay value and the game's length doesn't help that either.

-
Quest for Booty has been designed as a quick four-hour experience and it feels shortchanged because of it. Though its shooting and platforming sequences are fun and of high production, it still seems like there's something missing.
-
Quest for Booty's a fine addition to the Ratchet & Clank world, but what should've been a love letter to fans ends up serving better as a taste of what outsiders are missing -- and, as a fan, that makes me just a little bit sad.
-
Though Quest for Booty, again, isn't a bad game, it's not a good Ratchet game, and in the end that makes for a slightly disappointing and possibly even overpriced offering. With zero replay value and only a few new tricks, this Quest isn't worth taking.
