While it's not the top mini-golf game out there, it's still an enjoyable $15 investment.
-
Planet Minigolf unfortunately stumbles with its controls and presentation.
-
Lots of content, competitive multiplayer, and great course creation tools give this title a lot of value.
-
Impressive multiplayer functionality and social tools contrast with frequent loading screens and clunky main menus.
-
Play UKIt's just a shame that it suffers from a general lack of polish and some really questionable controls. [Issue#196, p.97]
-
It's a fun mini golf game with potential for great user-created content. However, rough camera controls and no practice mode for specific holes work against it. Planet Minigolf is worth your attention if you can overlook some shortcomings.
-
Planet Minigolf offers flashes of brilliance, but these are far outweighed by the amateur development decisions and a general lack of respect for the gamer.
-
Planet Minigolf, at least in its current form, is a huge failure and epic disappointment for me. I've been counting the days till its release since it was first announced, and now I am counting the days until it is patched so I can actually play it.
-
My only hesitation is that you can get better for the same price, which makes anything a tough sell.
