    Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures is by no means a bad game, but there are literally dozens of 3D platformers out there offering more depth, originality and creativity. Younger players and fans of the TV show will get more out of it than the rest, yet we couldn't help feel that a gaming icon like Pac-Man deserves better than mediocrity.

    Pac-Man lands on Playstation 3 with a new game, aiming for the youngest ones, but with good work in its technical section... with the exception of the music, which is horrible and repetitive. If its simple mechanics or seeing Pac-Man with various suits don't bother you, it isn't a bad option.

    Pac-Man and The Ghostly Adventures is just dull. There’s nothing really terrible about it (apart from the voice acting) but that could be its biggest crime. It’s milquetoast. Or milqueghost.

    Pac-Man offers a sweet taste of nostalgia...but only for a second. Although the game intended for younger audiences, it's overly simplified mechanics and poor execution of level design falls short on every aspect.

    This game is OK and could have been a lot more fun if they fixed some things. It is HARD mostly unintentionally because of the overall wonkyness. The swinging mechanic is just broken and it will make someone throw a controller against the wall. One particular boss (spatula boss) was ridiculous hard. Otherwise it can be a lot of fun. The simple chomping of ghosts mechanic works well and there was some really neat innovative things like the floating sections. Too bad it is just so poorly done it makes the game frustrating sometimes. There is a lot of collecting of things that are unclear of why you are doing the collecting. The Arcade games are fun but even after unlocking them you are limited by your plays by having to collect stupid coins through out the game. WHY? Too many things are wrong but as a 3D platform nut it was still fun.… Full Review »
