Sep 19, 2013Narco Terror is a literally explosive and rollocking ride through an ‘80s action flick.
-
Official PlayStation Magazine BeneluxSep 27, 2013Narco Terror is a not so very special twin stick shooter that gets repetitive real fast and has a boring story to boot. The upside is that you can play the game with a friend, if you want to. But even with multiple wannabe Rambo's there is not much fun to be had. [September p.90]

Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaSep 8, 2013What starts out as a delicious parody of The A-Team soon becomes a mess of cramped level design, mediocre graphics and ridiculous difficulty spikes. Couple that with framerate issues and more screen tearing and this is more miss than hit. [October 2013, p83]

Sep 17, 2013Narco Terror is a surprisingly fun little throwback title that makes no apologies for its exaggerated action and ridiculous plot line.
-
Aug 5, 2013With a friend, there’s certainly some mindless fun to be had with Narco Terror, especially during the opening hour or so – but even then the title misfires on a technical level, and shoots blanks when it comes to providing a truly addictive hook. As a single player game, though, this is the epitome of a bad trip, with an explosive difficulty curve that eventually detonates any sense of prior enjoyment into tiny little pieces.
