Oct 14, 2014Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is just a solidly competent 3D platformer that doesn't aspire to be a lot more than it is.
-
Nov 25, 2013One for the kids!
-
Oct 30, 2013A common third person adventure filled with platforms, combat and puzzles, and fueled by an 8-cast of Invizimals characters with their own powers and abilities that are very funny to catch not with a pokedex, but with some old-fashioned quictime events. Low difficulty and very voiced guided gameplay are an omni-presence at the gameplay, but one that is justified by the fact that this is totally a child's play/game, one really ideal to start in this Ratchet & Clank, Lara Croft adventures type of videogames.
-
Oct 30, 2013Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is a platform title that has many obvious shortcomings. It's difficulty level is a joke, the controls are difficult and slow, the camera is horrid and it doesn't innovate in any respect. This game is just an attempt to use the franchise's success in a portable format.
-
Oct 30, 2013It's a simple and fun game, without any kind of complications. Sometimes it feels a little bit rushed, but it should satisfy the audience it is aimed at.
-
Nov 13, 2013Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is not a well-crafted game, suffering lots of problems from the gameplay perspective to the graphical side. Just Battle Mode, an action-RPG side of the game, feels good, but is not enough to advise playing this PS3 version.
-
Dec 5, 2013Invizimals is a simple case of a good idea, with a mediocre execution. A load of technical issues and a low difficulty hamper what could've been a great adventure.
-
Nov 27, 2013The augmented reality made the Invizimals franchise a lot of fun. If you take that away, you get a platforming experience that is mediocre at best and on top of that highly forgettable. Children might get a bit of mileage out of it; everyone else shouldn't come within a mile of this disappointing product.
-
Nov 25, 2013It's not acceptable anymore to deliver a standard platform game and just get away with it. Invizimals has nothing special. It had potential, but the developer was too lazy to make a really big game of the huge universe.
-
Nov 21, 2013As an entry to a new platform, Lost Kingdom deserved better luck. In its current state, it offers nothing more than a mediocre platform adventure game, with exclusive Invizimals and a connection to the game on the PlayStation Vita. Suited for fans and compulsive collectors, all others can just choose better.
-
Nov 12, 2013Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is a borderline terrible experience which will appeal only fans of the franchise and kids alike.
-
Apr 14, 2014Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is never inherently bad, but it’s far too basic to compete in a genre that’s brimming with better options.
-
Oct 3, 2014If you're not a kid, I can say with certainty that this game is not one of those kid-friendly games that also appeals to adults. If you have or know a kid, she or he might be temporarily diverted by the cool Invizimals, but I suspect that most kids who are old enough to read the game's text will be quickly bored.
-
Apr 10, 2014Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is not only a bad game, it’s also the sort of lazy, badly-executed tripe that you would have seen during the last days of the original PlayStation.
-
Nov 7, 2013This InviZimals on PS3 leaves the augmented reality features to provide a failing 3D action game that we can't recommend. Pokemon and Skylanders don't have to worry at all.
-
Jun 24, 2014It’s dull, barely requires the player to pay any attention, and feels like little effort has went in to refining it.
