The first few hours are a lot of fun when you try to find a way through the water.
After a while however you it become more and more off un underwater shooter which isn't fun at all.
I give it a 7/10 also because of the low price, it's almost free. And the water looks amazing, best water physics I've ever seen. Which is necessary in a game like this.

It was very cheap on the psn on the Halloween so i gave it a try and i liked. The controls and the dynamic were cool, but the graphics looked a little strange for me. But a good game anyways.

The only gripe I have with this particular game is that the water powers are only a short part of the game, most of it is spent shooting and swimming, but apart from that the game was an alright play and the story was decent enough to keep me entertained

Perhaps 'ambitious' is the absolute best thing we can say about Hydrophobia Prophecy. List its features and goals as bullet points and it sounds incredible, but in the end it H2-blows. [January 2012, p.75]

The former Xbox 360-exclusive finally comes to PS3 and the good news is that the game is a lot better than it used to be. The game received numerous patches on the Xbox 360, which are all integrated in the PS3-version. The biggest attraction are the water effects. [December 2011, p.100]

Hydrophobia is ultimately a hit or miss title, arguably appropriate for it's method of release, yet leaving a bland taste in your mouth regardless.
