Jul 21, 2011Part II has new characters and new enchantments, but overall the game falls short of all expectations.

Jul 14, 2011It's cool to see how the character models and graphics have changed through the years, and makes the entire series feel less like a movie game cash-in, and more like a separate journey for Harry that went alongside the films and books. It was touching in an odd way and a nice farewell to the game franchise. After all is said and done though, I'm still glad to see it end. It's still a way to sell a video game with Daniel Radcliffe on the cover, and unfortunately no touching montage is going to change that.

Jul 24, 2011Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is maybe okay for shooter fans, but I bet the main part of Potter fans would have liked a game full of riddles, sneaking and maybe a skill system. There is no variation, no freedom and not enough content to satisfy.

Jul 24, 2011In conclusion, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is another movie game that is cursed.

Playstation: The Official Magazine (US)Aug 25, 2011Factor in the uncontrollable camera and this third-person shooter is firmly mediocre. [Oct 2011, p.85]
-
PSM3 Magazine UKSep 1, 2011A decent enough wand-shooter that represents a wasted opportunity for both Move and the Harry Potter series. [Oct 2011, p.103]

Jul 27, 2011It is a shame that the game is not as good as the movie it is based on. This is a simple and repetitive shooter that offers little incentive for those players who don't follow the adventures of the young wizard.
