Jul 19, 2023best gameplay in the grand theft auto world. the least likeable character's though.
-
Jun 22, 2023GTA V presents a mixed bag of experiences, offering a vast open world and engaging gameplay, but falling short in terms of its story. While it delivers in certain aspects, the lackluster narrative fails to live up to the series' reputation, resulting in a disappointing overall experience.

Sep 27, 2021Looks great on PS3 but there is nothing innovative about this game, pretty boring story and activities, couldn't care less for multiplayer.
-
Sep 21, 2021Another GTA game by R* where they continue to show off their craftsmanship, which they've been honing for pretty much 15 years. It's a quality product like you'd expect hindered by a weird decision to include three playable characters, which doesn't necessarily help its narrative.

May 17, 2021this game is a little bit overrated its a okay game but its far from bad i just dont like that it took forever for gta online to come out, but it was worth the wait because that was the best part of gta

Feb 13, 2021GTA IV had much better Online! I'm very disappointed that they removed cops&crooks! GTA IV had much more enjoyable shooting and driving with motorcycles was better too!

Aug 10, 2020GTA V is a good game. The graphics for an open world are just fantastic. The history is ok, not good not bad. The online was good but with the micro transactions it has gotten much worse.

Jul 24, 2020Old generation's game closing, Grand Theft Auto V is a fun and vivid game, with deep characters and a world just for you. The story is certainly good, but I did not get that involved with it, as I pretty much hated all characters expect Franklin. Overall, good game and I'm sure you will enjoy the ride through the city.

Jul 16, 2014Great game, but better than Half Life? Counter Strike? no. Better than GTA IV? Just Cause 2? Saints Row IV? Yes. This is by far the best of it's category and most other games. Is it better than GTA San Andreas? I think so, I think others are too attached to old memories of it, GTA San Andreas.

Jul 12, 2014Overrated game. The world is fine, but then it remains. The story is mediocre. Multiplayer sucks.
In fact, I pulled the story to force through. Since then, I have not touched the game. -

CD-ActionNov 14, 2013The best way to bid farewell to the retiring consoles is to spend dozens of hours having fun in Los Santos: robbing, abusing illegal substances, breaking all laws and enjoying everything else that GTA V has to offer. And after we finish the game, we should all say loudly: ‘okay, Rockstar girls and boys, it’s high time to make a truly new GTA, not just a gigantic DLC’. [12/2013, p.36]

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Oct 24, 2013GTA V fulfills the idea of a gaming sandbox, where you can entertain yourself in many different ways - and also experience a superbly written story of three gangsters, if you want. [Issue#234]

Play UKOct 16, 2013Gigantic and stupidly detailed, GTA V is everything we hoped it would be. Individual components could be a touch better, but when a game does literally everything, nobody can expect perfection across the board. That it even comes close is incredible. [Issue#236, p.62]
