    The only reason why this get's a 3 is because they got better music on the radio and improved weapons and bike riding. Besides that, the two main characters come no where close to Niko, firstly Luis is a complete **** head and by far the worst character in the entire GTA series. Johhny and Billy's relationship is annoying and predictable (which is sad for Rockstar) and the grainy filter isThe only reason why this get's a 3 is because they got better music on the radio and improved weapons and bike riding.
