    Sadly this game is all ideas and very little decent execution. Frequently your people will all be killed and you have to watch the cut scene again before starting over.
    The controls are clunky and it’s ridiculously short to boot.

    This really typifies the message which From Dust projects. The natural world is unfathomably more complex and diverse than man can comprehend and so fighting against it is like holding sand – eventually, it'll slip though your fingers.

    A beautiful game with plenty of good intentions, but a near-vertical learning curve and some baffling AI render it art more than enjoyment. [Issue#211, p.98]
