PLNov 21, 2009absolute rubbish. it takes the worst part of a very good game and by worst part I mean the combat and shoves a lot of it in your face in a boring war scenario. no characterisation ,no twisting narratives ,no atmosphere and no moral choices(which to be honest is the whole point in fallout 3).the weapons are cool though.

Oct 6, 2013Operation: Anchorage is mindless, uninteresting, and utterly pointless (really, it's just a simulation, a game within a game). Look elsewhere for a DLC worthy of your time.

Nov 19, 2021One of the best games to the series and an All-time Classic. Also, the last Decent Fallout Game!
-
The combat levels are through the roof which makes the entire download a thrill ride.
-
It’s just too linear and rushed to really feel authentic, and I think Bethesda may have learned their lesson from fan feedback, because nearly all of the future installments have made significant improvements on Anchorage’s shortcomings.

Play UKRidiculously simple. [Issue#186, p.87]
