    I doubt anybody is going to see this review. But what the heck, it's the best £1 I have ever spent. Tons of cards, great animations, fantasticI doubt anybody is going to see this review. But what the heck, it's the best £1 I have ever spent. Tons of cards, great animations, fantastic artwork, trophies ect. All cards are unlockable in-game and the game itself is easy enough to master but requires different strategies depending on who you're up against.

    The way they get you is you have to pay for tokens to use online, but honestly I haven't even bothered. It's just too addictive unlocking all these virtual booster packs! The campaign is worth it alone. Give it a go, heck if you don't like it you've only lost £1!    … Expand

    This is a collectible card game in the same vein as Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering but a lot simpler. You are limited to a maxThis is a collectible card game in the same vein as Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering but a lot simpler. You are limited to a max of 6 cards and you will probably play less cards than that most of the time. The game is often literally like rocks, paper, scissors. Most of the time when your opponent lays down their cards you know if you are going to win or not. It's not that big of a deal as the matches only last 15 minutes at max. At 99 cents it may seem like it is really a glorified demo that will milk you for cash but you can literally play for 10-20 hours on the single player. You will get so many new cards from the single player that you won't have to buy new cards. Playing online costs money after the initial 10 matches but the match will always result in a new card from expansion sets even if you lose. Tournaments are free and will yield super rare cards of free tickets to play online. Playing online is a lot of fun as there aren't too many cards that break the game and even those can be beaten if you are prepared for it. Seems like there are waves of people playing sets that can't be broken unless you are prepared but then everyone plays the counter and then the next week people are playing something else that can't be broken unless you are prepared. I mostly play cards to break popular strategies and my win percentage is above 50%. The only thing bad about this game is the impossible platinum trophy. To get the platinum trophy for this game would literally require probably about 400 hours to grind to get all the titles and avatars from online play and you are probably going to need to buy about $100 worth of tickets and spend most of those hours waiting for someone to join your match. Overall it is a heck of a deal at 99 cents if you like collectible card games.… Expand

    Elemental Monster is a fantastic game but it rather limited when compared to other CCG's. Pokemon, Chaotic, Magic the Gathering, Eye ofElemental Monster is a fantastic game but it rather limited when compared to other CCG's. Pokemon, Chaotic, Magic the Gathering, Eye of Judgment are all strong games because they involve buiding custom decks of in the order of 30 creatures and have an element of luck in drawing cards. This heavily contributes to gameplay longevity. This game however only involves 6 creatures in your hand and only 3 at a time. When one creature dies it can be flipped to the other 3 creatures in your deck. Consequently a large portion of this game is just swapping creatures back and forth and just maximing proper elemental attacks and that is about it. It really is not very expansive although a nice amount of cards are unlockable.This is the limitation of the customization of gameplay however and It gets rather bland after you play a while. I would highly recommend paying 99 cents and enjoy the campaign for 10 to 15 hours. Due to what I feel is very limited gameplay I don't think it is worth it piling money into boosters and expecting this game to blossom into a big CCG game. For 99 cents though its extremely fun just playing, unlocking cards, and going from there for your 15 hours worth of entertainment.… Expand
