Oct 10, 2011The game still has that frantic feel that the main game had, and the lighting is still some of the most amazing effects I have seen in a game, especially during the lockdown parts when everything goes dark and only your flashlight and gunfire light up the surrounding area.

Sep 30, 2011Road of Devastation changes up the pace enough to make things fun, and as a fan of Dead Nation, for $3.99, it's hard not to recommend this add-on.

PSM3 Magazine UKNov 13, 2011Great DLC for a great arcade shooter. [Dec 2011, p.110]

Nov 1, 2011If you enjoyed Dead Nation and are the kind of player who wants that high score challenge, then Road of Devastation could be the perfect expansion to scratch that twin-shooter itch for you.
-
Jan 16, 2012Road of Devastation provides an interesting take on the endless survival formula. It's robust and there's a large scope for replayability that will appeal to those continually wanting to better their score and survival rating. There's definitely a couple of hours of fun here for everyone else, but the lack of new additions will fail to incentivise those who have already gunned-down enough zombies to last a lifetime.
-
Dec 20, 2011Dead Nation: Road of Devastation will only appeal to you if you love going for scores since this doesn't tie into the main game's plot.
-
Oct 3, 2011Despite the low price of this downloadable content, it isn't really worth its money. Yes, the DLC contains new enemies and weapons but they aren't special at all.
