Sep 23, 2014There's some enjoyment to be had for a few hours, but this isn't the Burnout you've loved for the past decade. It's fun, and the little song soundbytes are addictive to hear, but unless you're desperate to 5* everything you're unlikely to return to the game after a week or so.

Dec 7, 2019Honestly isn't worth your time. The game only has about ~6 hours of playtime and is just at it's core burnout 3's crash mode from a top down view with a few twists. It's in no way a full game and you'd get a better experience from literally any other burnout game (even the original.)

Jul 31, 2022Really weak game, a pity that the Burnout series died in this crap here that looks more like a browser game. If this was a game with full focus on crash mode with camera and PS2 gameplay then it might be a better game

Jul 27, 2023Was bad at launch, bad now. This game is a disgrace to the burnout series. Especially now. Just olay Danger Zone 2 if you want a crash mode game

Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaMar 6, 2012Pretty dull. You'll grind rather than grin your way to victory in this limited ride. [Dec 2011, p82]

Official PlayStation Magazine BeneluxDec 29, 2011We've always been huge fans of the Burnout-series and we were hoping for a new installment. This isn't it, but nonetheless it is a masterfully crafted spin-off. [Nov 2011, p.98]

Games Master UKNov 20, 2011Don't expect much driving - the aim here is simply to cause the biggest pile-up. [Christmas 2011, p.87]
