    This isn’t quite as polished as something from Capcom or SNK Playmore, but it’s still a really fun fighter that fans of the genre will enjoy.

    We appreciate the small new things, but the game remains a niche title with a story mode too short and an aged technical aspect.

    It's a nice month for fighting game lovers. After playing Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, they can move forward to Arcana Hearts 3 Love Max. On the inside, they'll find a technical title with a lot of combos possible to pull off.

    As a beat'em up it can be sometimes interesting and different, but in the end it doesn't really shine, and it hasn't aged as well as we expected.

    This is exactly what it looks. It has solid foundations, but the rest of the game is not that solid. Still, if you think you're going to like what the game has to offer, then it won't disappoint you.

    For many, though, there’ll be a point where the learning process feels too much like work, the subject matter is off-putting, or the technical ceiling is just too high to warrant the effort. Find a friend who is at the same level of (in)competence as you though and you can at least have the most ridiculous scrap of your life.

    Arc System Works has brought many great fighters to the US, and while Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX!!!!! is somewhat decent, it’s definitely not their best and only earns an above average rating.

    It's a niche game for a niche audience. Fighting game fanatics who don't mind a spot of fan service will get right into it. Everyone else is better off sticking to BlazBlue, or Dead or Alive, or Street Fighter, or any of the dozen other more accessible fighters that have been released in the past few years.

    This game hits gold with me a lot of people dislike it but I gotta say they are just used to the easy button combo games that are so boringThis game hits gold with me a lot of people dislike it but I gotta say they are just used to the easy button combo games that are so boring and unchallenging. Great party game just disliked one thing is one of the hardest bosses in the game changes your buttons and rapes you hard if during that time till you notice what buttons have been changed but other than that this game is amazing I hope for more Japanese fighting games like this in the states!… Full Review »
