    The game is totally awsome and everyone should have it cause the customization and everything to do with this game just is so awsome!!! Be sure to get the broadband adaptor and play on-line to get totally into the game.

    i think this is the best tony hawk game ever. i like how it has story mode. where you begin as a amateur to become a pro.

    This game rules, I got it pre ordered and stayed up all night and beat the entire game in about 12 hours, I finished at about 5 in the morning. It rules.

    By far, this is greatest skateboarding title ever. All of these ideas put together into one game will impress just about everyone. Get off your board, drive cars, a storyline, create your tricks, and put your face into the game. It's still almost impossible to imagin what Neversoft will do next.     F*ckin A man. i have all the thps games and im damn proud of them. they are the best ps2 games created in my opinion, mostly because i skate, and this is the best of all of them. dont be like 'oohh but thps2 is claaaassic and pop culture tells me to love the classics!' no. this is beast. long live thps!!!!!!!!!!(or thug)

    Greatest game ever made period!!!!!! The gameplay is flawless and if you like Tony Hawk Pro Skater games and you should, this one will blow you away to a whole new level of gameplay never before experienced in the series. The game is worth every minute and should be at least considered by everybody as an essential title to every video game library.

This time, your the star- going from an unknown local skater in Jersey to becoming a very-known Pro. The fact that you can make the skater look like you is sick too. I say it's one of the The Fifth game in the Tony Hawk series is better than ever with thrilling levels, graphics, and a bit of humor too.     This is a great game. Good story line and nice features. The goals are thought out. Theres so much to do so you won't finish this game in a day.

    The story mode is what made this game the best of the tonyhawk games(so far). I really like how its a regular kid from the ghetto who is one of the best skaters. Thats how it really is!

    This game is at the same time of the first games I've ever owned myself, and also one of the best games I've ever played! I have just positive things to say about this game: A great storyline, good graphics (for a game made in 2003) and lots of unique tricks! Another big plus is that you can now edit your skater, deck, parks and even your own tricks!     A change of breed doesn't do anything to this game but make it awesome! An extremely revamped Create-A mode setup is shown here, with the Create-A-Park mode in this game probably the best part about it. The story is no good, but the Career Mode itself is pretty magnificent. An extremely addictive game in the series, and an instant recommendation to anybody anywhere!!

    Year on year, the main modes in the THPS games have moved further away from traditional over-the-top skating to encompass more and more 'crazy' goals, something we're not entirely sure we approve of. One thing we are sure of, though, is that the core skating engine makes for by far the best extreme sports game of this generation. [Christmas 2003, p.98]
