    An amazing game, and the last of the good Silent Hill games. A worth successor and direct follow up to the 1st Silent Hill game, answering several lingering questions and asking a few new ones.

    A true classic. Good story, good mechanics and good environment to create the chills in your spine. The current horror development needs to look back to these (OG Silent Hill, Siren, Kuon, etc) and learn a bit more because the PS2 era was the best horror era by far

    Il più difficile e il più spaventoso della serie. Silent Hill3 ha un atmosfera distorta seguita da mostri terrificanti. Non è il mio preferito ma è sicuramente uno dei migliori giochi horror che abbia mai giocato e finito più volte, ottimo gioco che poteva essere tranquillamente l'ultimo della serie.

    Thats one of the best game in series , but Heather made so brutalic like she's father. Sound design is so atmospheric that I wanna buy vinyl record

    It's not hard to tell without a doubt that it is indeed a Silent Hill game, even though it provides quite a different experience in comparison to its ancestors. The third game lacks typical for series town exploration while concentrating on closed spaces explicitly. Story isn't that great as the one from Silent Hill 2, but it came very near to it. The huge pro is also that the first halfIt's not hard to tell without a doubt that it is indeed a Silent Hill game, even though it provides quite a different experience in comparison to its ancestors. The third game lacks typical for series town exploration while concentrating on closed spaces explicitly. Story isn't that great as the one from Silent Hill 2, but it came very near to it. The huge pro is also that the first half of the game provides a recap of the very first Silent Hill game, so it can be played even by gamers unfamiliar with original. Atmosphere, sound design, graphics and horror factor itself are top-notch, as always. Even if it isn't a perfect game, it almost reached perfection with every aspect improved and carefully polished. You probably won't find a better horror game if you want to challenge your nerves nowadays.

    Потрясающая игра, как и две предыдущие части. Безусловно silent hill - одна из лучших серий видеоигр и лучшая в жанре ужасов. Не понимаю, почему эту часть многие недолюбливают. Могу разве что сказать, что музыка по сравнению с первыми двумя частями стала менее интересной, но не более. Из первый трёх частей она самая сложная, так как очень сложно использовать холодное оружие, ну оно иПотрясающая игра, как и две предыдущие части. Безусловно silent hill - одна из лучших серий видеоигр и лучшая в жанре ужасов. Не понимаю, почему эту часть многие недолюбливают. Могу разве что сказать, что музыка по сравнению с первыми двумя частями стала менее интересной, но не более. Из первый трёх частей она самая сложная, так как очень сложно использовать холодное оружие, ну оно и естественно, потому что играем за 17-ти летнюю девушку, меньше патронов, чем в прошлых частях, поэтому я и не убивал большинство противников. Так и не убил ни одного толстяка за всю игру. Даже в поезде, где казалось бы он полностью загородил проход, я как-то умудрился протолкнуть его. Ну и самих врагов, как мне показалось, больше на локациях. Ну а так отличная игра на 10/10.… Expand

    I **** hate the slurpers. This game is a 10/10 though don't get me wrong. Really like that one part of the game where the 80th door is locked for the 100th time.

    A great closure to the story of the first Silent Hill that nevertheless leaves a couple of inconsistencies in the story. It preserves the atmosphere of terror of the previous games and presents one of the best protagonists of the saga.

    I love silent hill 3 as much as 2, if the story was as good as 2 this wouldve actually been better, still phenomenal

    Amazing game. Despite being objectevely better than SH2 in every department, it lacks much of that one's personality and the atmosphere is not the same. I guess it seems more commercial in many ways. Still, extremely good game.

    This game also has quite a bit of replay ability to, with 3 different endings to see, and additional scenes to be seen on replay. My only qualm with this game is that it’s too short, at only 5 hours on your first play through and maybe half that each additional time.

    Those who lost interest in this genre a long time ago won’t find the experience here to regenerate their faith. It’s a shame because the actual storytelling and directing is a work of genius that demands to be witnessed, whilst the visuals are quite possibly the best you’ll ever witness on a Playstation2.
