  1. Shaun Palmer may play like Tony Hawk, vaguely, but in the end you'll realize that it's nothing more than a rushed, sub-par entry into a genre that is already being dominated by EA Big's SSX series.
  2. A fundamentally flawed game. It's a skateboarding game that's trying to be a snowboarding game, instead of trying even harder to be a good snowboarding game.
  3. Where "Tony Hawk 3" is fast, flowing, and intuitive, Shaun Palmer is slow, disjointed and difficult to get into.

For the love of God, buy "SSX Tricky." Shaun Palmer has a strong graphics engine and solid control, but if IGN gave out a "Fun Factor" score, this sucker would get a big, fat goose egg. Zero.

I hate Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder, I curse the day it was conceived and I wish a horrible holiday season upon all of those who were involved in it’s production.

One of the best snowboarding games ever made. Pity the sequel was canned (was being produced by Treyarch!!) :-(
