Game InformerIt's definitely a puzzle game like no other, and even offers a nice level create function and four-player support, all for a 10-dollar price point! [Oct 2003, p.123]
-
The simple color-matching gameplay principles will test the younger kids and the complicated puzzles and tricky control will challenge their parents. Even if you never explore beyond the initial 100 levels you are guaranteed to get your moneys worth.
-
Mojo! is not going to blow people away with its gameplay. This is rather simple, but addictive. The courses are challenging and the environments are brilliantly designed.
-
The real issue is whether or not players will be able to accept the outdated visuals, discernable camera problems, and heavy-set control scheme. For those of you that can handle it then Mojo! is one heck of a little puzzle game.
-
For all its features and value, however, Mojo! isn't a particularly enthralling game, and it contains a number of frustrating and repetitive elements that keep it from being truly enjoyable.
-
Official U.S. Playstation MagazineIt's mildly amusing at best, but one thing's for sure - you definitely get your money's worth. [Oct 2003, p.118]
-
Cheat Code CentralMojo would be an absolutely fantastic puzzle game if a few technicalities were tweaked... With more than 100 stages and a four-player mode you could certainly do a lot worse than Mojo.
