Official U.S. Playstation MagazineNice touches like graphics and gameplay elements ultimately don't disguise this fighter's lack of depth. [Oct 2005, p.107]
-
InuYasha is pretty enough for a lowbrow button masher, but the primitive gameplay means looking at the screen is optional even if victory is not.
-
The animation is choppy and the control response isn't very smooth. There are some collision detection problems where some hits don't register even though you can clearly see them connect on the screen.
-
Nothing more than a total button mashing snooze fest that's about as entertaining as eating a pile of boiled eggs, which for me isn't too entertaining.
-
If you dig dog-eared InuYasha and his rather violent friends, Feudal Combat is a pleasant diversion.
-
A horrible fighting system, PS1 like graphics and horrible computer controlled characters ruin this title. [JPN Import]

Dec 6, 2018In my opinion one of the best fighting games for PS2. Graphics are ok for this age of game, but gameplay is brilliant.
