  1. A decent rental, but not a wise investment.
  2. The game design, however, is just plain bad.
  3. This just feels like one of those movies where you push a button to decide what scene should come next (and we all know how great those movies are). That’s just not enough to justify what is essentially five slow moving episodes of Harvey Birdman.

I was going for some cheap humour and was kinda hoping to maybe get out of this an introduction to the cast of characters and then maybe possibly even watching the cartoon series. After about an hour I did have a few chuckles but the game just didn't have the appeal I was looking for. Let's face it no one is looking for a game such as this unless it's going to rely on humour to pull you through and it just wasn't strong enuf. I still may watch the cartoon seasons after playing a bit of this it may be worth my time. As for the gameplay it's pretty rudimentary you examine scenes, gain evidence then after that head to court and use the evidence to advance the story options which advance the game. The game is solid but very rudimentary. I'd say this is only for hardcore fans of the cartoon and game collectors. I didn't find the humour and gameplay combination overall strong enuf to keep my interest obviously. Game is not broken whatsoever, but it does say something that I didn't want to invest only 3 hrs in the game to see it through to its short end. Full Review »
