    The perfect DW, it would never be the same from this point on. As a teen I spent countless hours unlocking every single lvl 11 weapon of every character. To this day, I consider it one of the most addictive games I have ever played.

    The 4th dynasty warriors, 3rd hack n slash entry, 3nd one I ever owned and first that has semihalf decent voice acting.

    Scrapping random weapon pick ups for an experience based weapon progression is one of the best things dynasty warriors ever did... once. In this game. And its brilliant.     This was Dynasty Warriors at its best. Better weapons and items available at random by playing at a higher difficulty. Bodyguards and on the best move sets.

    Dynasty warriors 4 is a very good game. It takes a while to play and the weapon upgrade system is awesome. It also has very good movements for many of the characters that made it more fun.

The game focuses on a three century long age of warfare and chaos that consumed and destroyed China cerca 600 B.C.     Professional Game Reviewers know sod-all about what makes a good game. They can slag off Dynasty Warriors as unsophisticated and motonous hack-and-slash all they want, but they refuse to acknowledge the fact that people like me will still happily plug in a Mega Drive, and spend happy hours slashing away on Golden Axe, or clubbing people with lead pipes on Streets of Rage.

    This game rocks! I like the way the A.I. has gotton better. If you dont have this game,buy it!

    The game is brilliant but it needs more levels, more weapons, more characters, more choice in the editing mode. Add these and it's perfect.

    Ive got about 200 hrs. in it and still playing, but the koei franchise needs something new and inventive... badly for Dynasty warriors 5.

    I always like these samurai kind of games and the action of this game is cool especially with 2 players. also the effects are good, voices good, combos are nice, weapons changes are great etc. i only miss a bit of gore. something like tenchu wrath of heaven.

    Dynasty Warriors 4 is still one of the best games to come. I would give it a 9.3 to be exact , but i always round numbers.
