    Zheros is a decent experience alone but it's a bit better with a friend. The chaos you unleash is quite satisfying and racking up bigger and bigger combos does much to alleviate the repetitive gameplay. Combat variety might not delight all players, but you can still have a bit of fun with this brawler.

    Zheros is a the debut title from Rimlight Studios, a young Italian software house. It's not a bad game, but it suffers from a certain repetitiveness in the gameplay and a bland level design.

    It feels like a solid foundation for a decent beat ‘em up game and I hope that it gets some sort of sequel so it can improve on the various shortcomings. I would still recommend this game if you’re a younger gamer or have kids that you like to play games with.

    As it stands, Zheros is a serviceable beat ’em up for people who enjoy those games, but never rises up to the challenge in being a staple of the genre, instead, it’s another return to the classic genre that doesn’t bring the potential or grab the essence of what made them so great.

    So this was fun up to the point you had to jump across moving platforms... I didn't quit early, I gave it a good go.
