KenS.Jan 10, 2009Friggin' Awesome. The vanilla game is ok, but after some customazation(dont have spell check or dictionary handy) it's a rock solid game for gamers who love extremely in depth gaming. but if you just like the pick up and play games (halo or most other FPS) I don't recommend it.

ChrisWJul 29, 2008Great game with great reconfigurable controls GLENN T! But truly a good game. Those who complain that its too complex must be dumb because i learnt to play this when i was 15.

RalphP.Jun 3, 2008The best space sim ever. Yup there are games that do this and more but this one gets it right. The best forum as well.

AnonymousMCMar 12, 2008This game has a pretty steep learning curve, but if you stick with it, once you get some time into it and get used to its quirks, it can be extremely addictive. The mod community has added a lot of subtle (and not so subtle) much-needed extras to the "vanilla" game.

PhilMar 7, 2008Great. Interesting story line, realistic view of space, and plenty of space to grow and expand. The only reason I do not give it a 10 is for the learning curve, if I had not known a friend who has gotten very far in the game, I would most likely not know as much as I do now, and it could have taken me days to understand.

I've never found a game that can rival the excellence of the X-universe!

AceGamezBy far the most engrossing game released so far this millennium.

The eye candy will lure you in, the gameplay will keep you intrigued and the free-roaming feel will keep you occupied for hours. X3 – Reunion takes the X franchise to new heights.

BoomtownX3 is a great game, but if Egosoft grasped the challenge and offered immersion of the type seen in "Freelancer" and similar ship handling, combined with its own beautiful and complex universe, then we might finally have a game that deserves to called the new "Elite."
