    While the game was fun, there's bugs that can crash the game or worse, make 2K20 like child's play. Can't download too many created superstars or you'll softlock, or crash the game when using them, movement is broken like 2K20, and control scheme couldn't switch to Playstation controls, if you use a Playstation controller...yes, I tried switching to DS4 to no avail. I get they took two years to try and freshen this up, but it lost my interest when I see bugs that echo 2K20 or worse. 2K19 was the peak 2K game they had before Yuke's left, and it just went downhill from there. Once again, 2K made an incomplete game...I hope WWE ends the contract and finds a better developer, cause this 2K22 isn't a step forward if VC makes several steps back.… Expand

    - Enemy AI / any player can just lock you in moves/attacks loop since you can't reversal every attack like it used to in older games.

    - My faction is just like ultimate team in FIFA games.... If you could just simply have the objective to win it would be somewhat fun, but I ain't going to bother with dumb requirements.
    Getting forced fighting legendary AI which reversals 99% of the time and camps you in move/attack loops whenever they get the chance to do so just to get 3 medals.. Even the 1 star AI tryhards like nobodies business. 126 medals? 500 wins? Shady overpriced rigged packs?

    WTF? Where are cool objectives as I remember from smackdown vs raw 2007? It definitely should replace the dumb idea of the current requirement system of the games.
    Just straight up win matches, no stupid requirements like “win but atleast have 2million match rating" – whoever came up with this – please quit your job.

    I'm out this bish. Going to scratch this mode from my game entirely. Same with boring ass MyGM

    - What's the point of MyGM, Universe and MyRise which basically are all 3 the same.
    The only option is "MyRise" since it's one actual “story mode”.

    Universe and MyGM make no sense to me if they don't hold any reward (unlockable). Due to my season pass I have all purchasable goods unlocked, so what's the point in playing these then?

    - Moves very often don't connect, you jump past / above or next to enemies. Even with regular standing/ground moves. Haven't played any WWE game that was this bad to just not make the game look dumb. In THQ games it just worked..

    - Getting body damage from missing any move should be possible to turn off

    - Stamina system in general is just garbage. I turned it always off in SvR games (in most of them it was off by default)

    - Takes ages to get up if you miss a simple running skill – not as fluent as I'm used to WWE games

    - Controls are more complicated than it should be. Who needs blocking? Are we in tekken?
    Controls from SvR 2011 were the best to me.

    Game seems not too bad compared to all WWE games 2k released before. Yet, it successfully earned itself a mega negative review with the points above. I expected them to learn in over 1 decade to create a proper game and not still look dumb next to old THQ WWE games.

    THQ was the real deal on wrestling games.
    Smackdown vs RAW 2005-2011 were all more or less good. 2k12 and after were jack crap.    … Expand

    at first I was satisfied but I'm starting to get tired of this game:
    - modes suck, they are boring (especially GM mode is a big tease)
    - the reverse movement system is really bad (doesn't always give you the option to reverse a move) - the physics of hair and objects remained poor - online servers are not working - they have released a lot of things from the creations (now you can't    at first I was satisfied but I'm starting to get tired of this game:

    I'm not enjoying it that much.
    Reversals don't work in the vast majority of cases (Y for short) and there is no option to set a limit.
    Rolling and blocking moves, to me, is a big no. There is no more fatigue, health recharges (I can't find the reason). When you go to do the special/final moves after the third time, maybe, work. Combos are made easier(like they were hard in the old    I'm not enjoying it that much.

    i really cannot bear they force us to play the showcase and myrise to unlock
    there is no reason to buy the fake supercharger if it can't unlock everything like wwe2k19
    i hope you will not see 2ksport anymore next year

    The gameplay is better then 2k20 but is still liked 2k19 gameplay but this is good too, the graphics are ok but some characters are to cartoony, i give it a 9 because it dont crash like 2k20, the bugs are less and easier to resolve them, i had 2 bugs, i couldnt use a controller on my rise but i used steam big picture mode and the second bug was i couldn't fullscreen but i made the vertical sync on

    To the people who say this game is terrible, they either hate it because 2k made it or because they don't like the simulation gameplay. This game is amazing, By far better then 2k19 and the gameplay is a mix of simulation by also smackdown here comes the pain. Its so fun compared to other WWE 2k games. The game as a whole feels fun. Gameplay is a little bit buggy but nothing unplayable, Gm mode is lackluster but still fun and showcase and MyFaction are pointless modes. Also universe mode hasn't changed at all but still universe mode is a decent mode. Overall 8/10 game… Expand

    the gameplay everything feel really smooth, the character model is insane compare to 2k20, and also the sweat on the body looks realistic!! this could be my 2022 favourite game ever! i cant stop playing!

    i played 2k17 2k19 and i have to say that this is really the best one the gameplay and the graphics are sooo good now and thats the wwe i wanted there are few bugs but its not a big deal this game is so fun speacially with friends

    Very fun gameplay and a wide selection for creations. Entrances look good and its similar to the old svr games. A few bugs but i’ll stick around.

    2K is the worst company ever!!! This game you can't play because of servers going down. So we have to wait over a month for more people after 2 years. Each game has had people like Bruno Sammartino, Ricky Steamboat, Bam Bam Bigelow, Greg Valentine, Lex Luger and more. Than we are missing others like Paige, The Bellas, Zelina Vega, Kurt Angle, Lita, Brutus Beefcake, Sycho Sid, Dusty Rhodes,2K is the worst company ever!!! This game you can't play because of servers going down. So we have to wait over a month for more people after 2 years. Each game has had people like Bruno Sammartino, Ricky Steamboat, Bam Bam Bigelow, Greg Valentine, Lex Luger and more. Than we are missing others like Paige, The Bellas, Zelina Vega, Kurt Angle, Lita, Brutus Beefcake, Sycho Sid, Dusty Rhodes, Molly Holly, Reggie. This was supposed to be the biggest roster and it isn't and definitely doesn't hit different at all. How can you have a rey mysterio showcase and not have the best matches with legends in it. Legends made WWE and for them not being in is ridiculous since 2K has had 2 years to do it. I know for sure they won't be happy with this! Than we need a new moves pack because hardly no new moves are in the game after 2 years!… Expand

    The graphics look a lot better than WWE 2K20, so it has some praise for that. I really wish they would add more features to the Universe mode, as it seems like it is again the same thing over and over again. The GM mode needs a lot of work. I loved that they brought it back, but it is severely stripped down and the roster you can have is extremely small. Hopefully 2K23 will improve onThe graphics look a lot better than WWE 2K20, so it has some praise for that.     Bestes WWE Game ever!

    Nachdem das 2019er noch einige Probleme und auch noch keine perfekte Steuerung hatte, ist dem 2022er nichts mehr hinzuzufügen, einfach in allen Punkten perfekt! Das Showcase ist absolut spitze umgesetzt, während den Matches toll von Rey kommentiert, die Szenen und vor allem der Übergang von Gameplay zur Szene und wieder zum Gameplay, top! Es sind so viele Szenen    Bestes WWE Game ever!

    myRISE war in Ordnung. Es war etwas unübersichtlich, mit welchen Missionen man auf einmal das Brand wechselt, obwohl man noch nicht mit allem oder dem was man machen wollte fertig war oder sich Missionen wiederholten, die per Social Media einfach immer wieder reinkamen.

    myGM ist eine echt coole Idee, ich habe den Modus zum ersten Mal gespielt und weiß jetzt, was für eine Planung für eine Show nötig ist. Es echt toll zu spielen, ich muss aber ganz ehrlich sagen, dass ich es nicht noch einmal machen werde, brauche ich nicht direkt wieder im neuen Game, kann gerne alle paar Games mal vorkommen, den Drang es mehr als einmal zu spielen sehe ich hier erstmal nicht.

    myFaction ist so ein Kartenspiel Modus, du sammlst Karten und kannst dir ein Team aus 4 Männern und 4 Frauen zusammenstellen. Du gehst in 4 vs 4 Matches oder in so ne Art Story in der es alle möglichen Matches gibt und wo die Kämpfe immer anspruchsvoller werden. Ist sehr eintönig oder es kommen Matches dran die niemand spielen will, wie Ladder- oder Iron Man Matches. Dauert alles immer nur ewig lang, total unnötig, wäre als App oder so besser.

    Dann gibt´s wie immer und zum Glück den Universe Mode, da spielst du RAW, SmackDown und alle 4 Wochen das PPV und legst selbst fest, wer in welchem Brand und welchem Championship Ranking ist. Darin gibt es auch einen Superstar Modus, da entscheidest du dich für einen Superstar, den du dann jede Woche einmal in der Show spielst. Zudem wählst du ein Zeil, wie "ich will eine Revalität anfangen" oder "ich will WWE Champion werden" und dann passiert das innerhalb von 3-4 Shows, du spielst halt immer denselben, alle anderen Matches werden automatisch simuliert, total langweilig, muss man aber ja nicht spielen!

    Zu guter letzter, der klassische Exhibition Mode, in dem du spielen aknnst was du willst, cih habe alle extrem vielen Titel vergeben, so wie es mir am besten gefällt oder witizg fand und enorm viel Zeit dirn verbracht, die ganzen Entrances anzugucken und mit X gegen Y zu kämpfen wie gerade aktuell in RAW oder SD passiert, insgesamt habe ich mit 92 Stunden schon echt viele Matches hinter mir.

    Das Spiel hat absolut keine Probleme und ist wirklich zu empfehlen, 100% performant & bugfrei.    … Expand

    Way better than 2k20, bit buggy, but it is the most fun WWE game in years, more fun than even 2k19, which was also very fun.

    WWE 2K22 is many things, but one thing most of us can probably agree on is that it is not, as retired WWE wrestler Bret Hart would say: "The Best There Is, The Best There Was and The Best There Ever Will Be". While WWE 2K22 might have made considerable strides forward in the area of general stability, compared with its infamously terrible launch, it’s doubtful that the studio will bother continuing to support it for much longer. One doesn’t have to be The Rock to know that 2K is probably already cooking up a new annual instalment. Here's hoping that in-between now and then, the publisher learns from both the successes and failures of WWE 2K22 and use that as a guide to give players a true WWE experience worthy of the license.

    We can't help but admit that 2K managed to create perhaps the most complete title of the series. Despite any hiccups, WWE 2K22 entertains enough to be recommended to people with little involvement with the genre or even an interest in sports martial arts.
