    Best Rally game since CM 2005. Better code than Codemasters has done in years and done by unfamiliar to me company Black Bean Games and Milestone. A Really huge recommendation for this game as it is A GAME, A RALLY! Not some 0,1 millisecond cas foot break crap as these new Dirt or NFS games and to be totally honest it is fun. Graphics are pretty nice looking, although, menus are a bitBest Rally game since CM 2005. Better code than Codemasters has done in years and done by unfamiliar to me company Black Bean Games and Milestone. A Really huge recommendation for this game as it is A GAME, A RALLY! Not some 0,1 millisecond cas foot break crap as these new Dirt or NFS games and to be totally honest it is fun. Graphics are pretty nice looking, although, menus are a bit rough. Plus console port shows up a bit.

    I will give this game 10 stars even while the cas foot could use a bit motion correction for it to kick out a bit more from surface and the break could use a bit fixing also, but for an a TRUE GAME this title deserves every point there is.

    Box doesn't read either AMD/ATI nor NVIDIA or Intel and that is huge plus! Means this thing was actually done and not just some hardware company PR crap as everything these days.    … Expand

    Good game. Shows some improvements like steering and handling, new Super Special Stages, Group B. "Road to WRC" mode is huge with 78 stages and 5 SSS. Graphics are also better, but not so good as other recent releases. Lacks polish and refinement.
    Good game for fans of rally simulators :)

    WRC 2 is very impressive when u buy it, nice cover picture. But whn you play it, it's the biggest disappointments ever. The handling is terrible and not to mention those super outdated graphics.
    Car sounds are ridiculous!! Milestone, did you ever saw a rally stage for real?? First work on that handling and car sound. Add some "real" antilag, engine and exhaust sound.     The stages doesn't look real, the grip doesn't feel real at all!!! I can't feel any difference when driving a RWD and AWD, thats how terrible it is.

    Thank god i could sell the game after 2 days for 10euros, and i bought it for 50!!! Since 2004, there isn't been one good rally game out there, thats really sad. Codemasters Dirt aren't rally games, those are rally wannabe games with **** ken block tricks. Theres nothing better than RBR and Colin Mcrae Rally 2005

    And i know that Milestone will fail next year and thank god the contract will end for them. Let a serious company what actually cares and understands about rally do the job!!    … Expand

    Very uneven game. For starters, the player has to bear down on the 2002 (horrible) graphics and play at least for a few hours. Even after an update installed, the pc performance for such old graphics is horrendous. For a real WRC series fan this game can be really good. Driving I`d say is not realistic any more then say in DiRT1. I`d say it is very enjoyable on concrete and wet concrete,Very uneven game. I`d say it is very enjoyable on concrete and wet concrete, but gravel driving is just arcadish. The emergency brake in this game is pure bollocks, even on the highest realism settings. Although the learning curve is pretty steep, it is very rewarding as one must to dump some of his dirt habits and learn to drive all over again. Sadly, even if the cars drive pretty nice, the whole experience ends up being very repetitive. One cause of that can be too few different cars included so much so the Mini doesn`t feel any different than a Fiesta. One will also see some racing legends here, but can find them pretty much undrivable in WRC2 conditions. The car livery customization is very limited and feels like Paint (nothing like Forza or even NFS here). The technical customisation is well developped and interesting. The career is good, because it has multiple choices involved so anybody can find something he likes. There is however little incentive to race better and make more money since the new and more powerful cars don`t do a good job in resembling In the end, the game is VERY open to customisation, so that a certain type of player can find his difficulty-fun sweetspot. So to sum it up, WRC2 fails to recreate WRC rally experience in its full glory exactly as much as Dirt2/3. Dirt being too glamorous and arcadish, WRC2 being too much on the rough side.     Recycling the same old SS already included in WRC 2010, then "sell" the new tracks as DLC.
    Once looking at what the developer is doing, we will notice it's really disappointing and this title is not worth to buy.

    Sans les aides, il s'agit à l'instar du premier WRC (du même Milestone) d'un fort bon compromis simu/arcade avec des réactions crédibles, une certaine inertie et des comportements assez différenciés entre les différentes catégories de véhicules, des véhicules nombreux qui couvrent toutes les disciplines du rallye dans le long, très long mode carrière.

    Pas mal de remplissage dans ce mode    Sans les aides, il s'agit à l'instar du premier WRC (du même Milestone) d'un fort bon compromis simu/arcade avec des réactions crédibles, une certaine inertie et des comportements assez différenciés entre les différentes catégories de véhicules, des véhicules nombreux qui couvrent toutes les disciplines du rallye dans le long, très long mode carrière.

    Pas mal de remplissage dans ce mode d'ailleurs, les développeurs comme il est coutume de le constater en général confondent trop souvent contenu et farmage inconsidéré... Sans être un maniaque du pixel et du décibel, WRC 2 marque très peu de progrès graphiquement et reste désespérément laid ; quand aux bruits de moteur ils sont globalement des plus moyens.

    Nonobstant ces tares avérées, WRC 2 n'est pas à déconseiller : il est vrai qu'il met déjà une belle claque, ludiquement parlant, à toutes les productions Codemasters (au royaume des aveugles...).    … Expand

    I did not play the game and I gave the score zero because of the negation you judge "dying light" because there is no Italian dubbing.

    We must admit with tears in the eyes: if you want to play a good WRC game you have to look for a six year old game. WRC 2 doesn't excel in game physics and presentation. [Dec 2011]

    WRC 2 isn't a sequel that rally fans could wish for. Driving is still fun and gaming modes have been upgraded but it's really hard to overlook ugly graphics and very few novelties. That should play a major role when deciding whether to buy or not to buy this game - if you own the previous installment you won't miss much.
