    Wizard101 is an unenjoyable card game which is forgettable. bbaahh im kidding. it definately is cute, and a very simple game to get the feel of playing with fellas. there however lacks a better form of interaction between classes. business wise, i dont understand why kingisle doesnt have games for grown ups where there could be a transition of their mmo playerbase to more deep games....

    This game is great. It really is. The combat is ingenious, and there are about 150 hours of game play, and it is continuously growing. My only issues are that in a few parts the game is a little grindy, and the ONE HUUGGEEE reason it has a seven is that it costs a lot to get past the first 2 hours of the game. You have to buy in game currency for nearly every place you go.

    Honestly you will save a lot of money if you just get a subscription, two reasons for this.
    1. It's cheaper than the buyable currency, which is what you need to access new areas.
    2. The subscription is worth the game, it really is.

    This is probably one of the best games I have played and definetly the best MMORPG . Its extremely fun and addictive with beautiful graphics and a great storyline . No matter how old you are I believe you will enjoy this game . However , There is one HUGE problem , Cost. The game is ridiculously expensive ... if you use the pay per zone option like I did it will cost you well over 100This is probably one of the best games I have played and definetly the best MMORPG . Its extremely fun and addictive with beautiful graphics and a great storyline . No matter how old you are I believe you will enjoy this game . However , There is one HUGE problem , Cost. The game is ridiculously expensive ... if you use the pay per zone option like I did it will cost you well over 100 dollars to play all the zones as for membership its less expensive but no less overpriced . So for this reason I do not recommend getting this game because simply put no game is worth that price .… Expand

    This game is good for kids and is mostly safe, but within the past few months, this "kid-safety" has gone down. The free trial is restricted to only a few zones, but it's a trial, so if your kid(s) like it, buy them membership or purchase crowns(paid cash currency) to have them cash in the crowns for better items, houses, or zones, although membership is better if your children want toThis game is good for kids and is mostly safe, but within the past few months, this "kid-safety" has gone down.     Wizard101 is an addicting game, however it has its flaws.
    I love its intuitive combat system, and besides questing opens up a lot of new gameplay for ex. pets and fishing. The graphics are fairly good, but they should polish the animations.
    But the game has a lot of repetitive parts. Sometimes you have to kill 10 enemies to progress. I don't like the dungeon system, the 1,5 hour dungeons    Wizard101 is an addicting game, however it has its flaws.

    A fine little game for little kids I used to play It when I was young but It's kind of a rip-off of the both Harry Potter and Warcraft but it still okay.

    When i was kid i always loved this game and heck it made me sad that i couldnt get far then level 10 .. i wished to get real deep into the story. My young self would give 10 for sure
    there are some ups and downs in this game.
    I love the idea of the magic world its really interesting to see the worlds and spells , characters. I dont really mind the graphic at all.     There is no real free forum to discuss problems with this game. Posts on their forum are often seen as complaining and won't even show up. Contest incentives are rigged to a community of their favorite fans so no point in even competing. I've never had a response for any of the bug problems I've mentioned nor have I seen them fixed. The game play style is constantly changing so equipment you worked hard for in one patch may be made insignificant in the next patch. Farming certain items is near impossible the drop rates are horrible. I'm quite disappointed with what this game is morphing into. Don't be fooled into thinking cause you're a paying customer that your opinion matters to them. Once you reach end game play and you are working towards improving your wizard you'll see those in the special circles have perfect pets/ jewels while everyone else has mediocre. All the doom and gloom aside the game is fun and has it's sets of challenges. More recommended for kids than young adults quite simply for the reasons stated above.… Expand

    A nice game with a lot of potential but the graphics never got better and it's kinda dead now anyway. Also would give it higher rating if it didn't force you to buy a membership to advance to new areas after a really short period of time.

    This score is because of nostalgia, the game is in a very poor state right now and I don't think it even deserves a 5, great game it was, and I think it can still be, but not with the huge microtransactions and the false F2P announcement, P2W is being implemented too. Not everything is gold, let's say.

    Parents of younger kids and tweens will definitely want to check out Wizard101 if they haven't already. It's a wonderful game to use to introduce kids into the wider world of MMOs. And while Mom and Dad are at it, they should also call Grandma and Grandpa to get them started too. Wizard101 is that good and that fun for players of all ages. For this particular niche, the family-oriented, cross-generational gamer, there is no better game on the market today than Wizard101.

    An ideal starter MMO for children, but challenging enough for adults. Kids will love the cute characters, colorful world, and grandiose combat animations (as well as the Potter-like setting) while their parents may be drawn to the Magic: The Gathering inspired combat card mechanic and online safety measures.
