    Blizzard has ruined all the fond memories I had about the original game. Corporate shills have taken over Blizzard and are milking it for everything their brand loyalty is worth.
    Broken promises, **** UI, no new cutscenes, development offsourced to a random malaysian studio, bugs everywhere, completely unfinished game. Not to mention the predatory new EULA, which says they basically own    Blizzard has ruined all the fond memories I had about the original game.     Activision Blizzard has managed to release a 18 year old game that is broken with less features. Please stop allowing these companies to get away with abusing their customers. You deserve better.

    Reforged ? More like Downgraded. Apart from the new models (which admittedly are nice) they've removed so much from what it once was.
    The promises (as still shown on there webpage at this time) of extra content, redone cutscenes and the like are all not in the game.
    Broken so many custom games, the game itself crashes multiple times. I'm honestly shocked by how bad this was, I expected a    Reforged ? More like Downgraded. Apart from the new models (which admittedly are nice) they've removed so much from what it once was.

    Starcraft remastered was a better remastered product than this. All blizzard had to do was put a little time and investment into it and it'd be a good game. Seems like they used the same basic code for the game entirely and brought it to 2020.

    -Черный экран время от времени. -Требует постоянный онлайн. -Просадка фпс просто на ровном месте. -Экран загрузки просто не успевает загрузится сам. -Доп.видео ролики сделаны на коленке. -Обещанные модели хуже классических, в плане ориентации на поле боя. -Карты из редактора просто перестали работать. -Переключатель в классику сбрасывает    Минусы:

    This is some wretched parody of classic Warcraft 3 from a small indie studio.
    No optimisation.
    - No new UI
    - No new cutscenes (just the old ones rescaled)
    - Lots of old features missing

    The current version of the game doesn't justify 40$ price tag. Most of the things looks exactly like in the old games. Pass.

    An absolute disappointment when in this current year with technology and what should be almost two decades of experience in developing games the quality of what this team has thrown out is simply appalling considering the scale and budget differences to what was available in the early 2000s.
    The online aspect of the game is barely functional; if you are lucky enough to connect and start a game 1/4 of the time then you will likely experience connectivity issues throughout anyway.

    If you are lucky enough to get an online game going or give up like me and play a bit of the campaign or an AI game then you will notice that this simply does not play like a finished product.
    To elaborate, the game is really not optimised for stable release: my PC can run games like the Witcher 3/CoD MW at 1080p 60fps with high settings and relatively stable whereas even in singleplayer with settings dropped down to low I still get very brief freeze-ups let alone during large-scale combat.

    The above is simply my initial review of the functional elements of the game, I haven't even started on the rest. I haven't played enough quite yet to give an opinion on the state of balance changes and other details which have been made but safe to say I don't have much faith that these will be any better judging by the lack of ability by the developers to even get basic functionality working.

    I can't bear to write more to be quite frank, but if you still think this is a worthy purchase simply spend a few minutes reading about the other changes they have made.

    As an old-school gamer this is the final disgust I will allow myself to experience from these absolute monkeys with an access to a game-dev suite.    … Expand

    Двоечка только за то, что Близзард когда-то давным давно делали шедевры и подарили мне счастливые моменты детства. А по делу, этот "ремастер", "ремейк", "перековка" откровенная халтура. Еще и оригинал убили...очень жаль.

    Reforged is a disaster, what makes it even worse is you can't go back to the classic client and enjoy the game again your basically stuck with this hot mess. Whoever was the corporate slimeball to give this the go ahead should be shot.

    The performance is completely unacceptable. There has been feature regression in almost every single aspect of the game. The advertising showed cinematics that simply aren't there. The alpha footage from a year ago looked better than the final release, even on maximum settings with a very powerful computer. You cannot release a game like this, it's absurd.

    Chrome browser scripts running from menu?

    Cinematics promised are not in game.

    Graphics updates/upgrades shown at blizzcon are missing in action. In-game cinematics shown at blizzcon also don't exist.

    Refund requests are hit or miss. Could potentially be a huge battle.
    AB supports human suppression in China

Games are like art, you create a masterpiece when you have passion and if you only think of profit you create trash.     This game deserves the user score it has received. This is not even close to what was advertised. Blizzard is also banning players for there criticism and demands for refunds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Do not support Activision Blizzard.

    Game was not at all what was promised, spent ages trying to play and when I finally got on the game was so full of bugs and problems it was unplayable. I have it 0 because there was literally nothing at all possible about my experience playing this.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
