    Virtua Tennis 1, también conocido como Power Smash en Japón, es un clásico que hasta hoy día daría palizas a los juegos actuales de tenis. Con sus fallos y todo sigue siendo un juego muy divertido y adictivo. Uno de los puntos más flojos es la falta de tenistas más destacados en su época: No están ni Sampras ni Agassi, sólo en la versión de arcade recién aparece Philippoussis (que tampocoVirtua Tennis 1, también conocido como Power Smash en Japón, es un clásico que hasta hoy día daría palizas a los juegos actuales de tenis. Con sus fallos y todo sigue siendo un juego muy divertido y adictivo. Uno de los puntos más flojos es la falta de tenistas más destacados en su época: No están ni Sampras ni Agassi, sólo en la versión de arcade recién aparece Philippoussis (que tampoco fue un tenista que marcó mucho). El modo carrera es muy bueno y el arcade nunca muere.… Expand

    Whatever your platform preference, the gameplay is still absolutely spot-on, the graphics aren't yet dated enough to make a difference and you can rock-out to some lethal guitar while you're at it!

    Ultimately, this is a fifth-rate way to experience the joys of Virtua Tennis. Your $30 would be better spent going toward a used Dreamcast from eBay along with a cheap copy of the original game. [Feb 2003, p.96]
