May 12, 2015Verdun is a great game made by a group of 3 developers. It offers a fantastic mix of historical realism and exciting game-play. If you think World War 1 was a boring period of time, then this game will clearly prove you wrong: with both tense long range combat and exhilarating close combat warfare in the enemy's trenches.

Aug 16, 2014For a game still in Beta its great. This WW1 fps has lots of potential and for someone who never really liked FPS games it got me hooked and I couldn't stop playing. The game is still sort of Buggy but as said before it is in open beta. A definite buy for any history buffs and fan of trench warfare.

May 8, 2015Very unique in it's setting and therefore gameplay as a FPS. A mix of a Battlefield Harcore Bolt Action Only Server, infantry ARMA and Red Orchestra. One hit and you are down. The suspense while going over to top or sticking your head out to shoot is amazing.
Some technical optimization is still to be done. -

Nov 3, 2013Game is still in beta but multiplayer experience is awesome. Game is created in Unity engine and has Linux support. Verdun is similar to Red Orchestra but it is placed in WWI.

May 1, 2015A splendid FPS with a great future and, perhaps, cybersport potential. There are some minor performance and optimization issues but they don't spoil the overall impression.

May 1, 2015All I have to say is that the game and idea itself are good, but the aiming is garbage, campers galore, crappy spawn points, all of which will hopefully be fixed in the near future because otherwise its just frustrating and difficult to fully enjoy right now. Cheers

May 11, 2015I recommend to anyone this game for whoever shows interest into the great war. I have been contirely immersed into the gameplay. The game extremely accurately represents how the great war was fought.

Mar 31, 2016Traveling back in time is a nice thing especially when things are done well. That's the case of Verdun, a nice FPS that changes the way we use to play games on the genre. It's not spectacular or overpopulated, but enjoyable.
-
Jan 20, 2016No game has ever captured the feel of trench-based warfare as well as Verdun.

Oct 21, 2015An honest shooter with a well built multiplayer soul, that does exactly what was promised by the developers and has some similarities with the Red Orchestra series. Not exactly a technical marvel, but a good game nonetheless.
