    The worldview itself is attractive.

    I admit that I misused the bug. However, Massive has not been able to properly correct the problems of equipment setting or skill errors that occur due to the continued neglect of such problems, lack of active balance and lack of game testing.     The game has endless bugs and the developers are incapable of fixing them. They failed to release content (raid 2) on schedule and created an expansion to revitalize the game. The expansion was great at first but fell off harder than game of thrones.

ByBugs everywhere (some of these posted on the official forum the 4th of march, viewed and commented by Ubi community managers, are not patched today 1st april yet - and they're game breaking mechanic bugs), game rpg elements simplified A LOT, game balancing was not done AT ALL and very little content for the 30$ price they require: the only cause I bought it was the increased level cap. By 10 levels, that broke community and friends game too. I would not buy the dlc again if I could, they should ask 10$ bucks for it to be worth.

    They fix bugs that make players having fun and pay no attention to bugs that ruin the game
    They ban and roll back player using bug, but pay no attention to hackers and cheaters.
    As soon as players finally developed some great ideas about weaopn&skill choice, they just nerf it.
    Massive please do not pollute this game any more!

    ??? : at the moment we're in a wait-and see. We've played quire extensively whth high SHD levels, good builds etc, and so far we want to see if it's more about build optimization. There's better builds out there than what people have made week 1

    so the better build you said was..

    I’m going to be very honest with you. I’m a huge division fan and have been with the game since day one on and off. As a stand-alone story experience WONY does a great job, the story is cool but my favourite part is the map of New York it’s simply amazing. The amount of detail that went into making the new playable zone. Mission design has some new and unique elements and the overallI’m going to be very honest with you. The amount of detail that went into making the new playable zone. Mission design has some new and unique elements and the overall leveling experience was very fun. The new end game level system SHD levels (paragon levels from diablo) is amazing and makes it worthwhile to level in the end game. But my main problem with the game is the overall end game. First off they have not added any new end game activities, it’s the same old dark zone, repeat missions on harder difficulties and do CP-3-4’s. I mean that’s cool and all but a comet expansion like this should have at least included one new activity like survival, underground etc, 1.8 horde mode from division 1, idk man something new. Second of all they made everyone’s previews builds useless so u have to start from scratch, I’m ok with this if the new gear system is actually good but it’s not. We are back to underpowered builds where building full armour makes u do 0 dmg and get 3 hit by a elite enemy or u build full striker build dps and do decent amount of dmg but get 1 hit by anything. Whilst enemies are pure bullet sponges while u have a piece of paper as armour. Idk what massive did but they really messed up the pve balancing. It’s NOT FUN TO PLAY. Even with a fully min maxed builds u will NOT HAVE ANY FUN doing higher level content. Picture day 1 raid difficulty in any mission above hard in a group of 4. Now to conclude, will I still play this games uhh yes, will I have fun doing so umm not as much as vanilla division 2. Until massive can fix the horrible pve balancing issues where you are so underpowered compared to the enemies even on a min maxed build and add a new end game activity I cannot give this expansion a positive rating. It’s a one step forward two steps back kindove dlc. (New Story content lasts ~10 hrs)… Expand

    This *expansion* pack totally ruined both the game and the very DIVISION. I'm pretty SURE there is no QC/QA part in massive studio. Lots of bugs reoccured with *expansion*pack, NO update for even well-known bug, and nerf, nerf, nerf. I'm strongly recommend this game for user who can spend their time for 99.99% of USELESS drop item(even EXOTIC).

    The Warlords of New York expansion not only added plenty of enjoyable content to The Division 2, but also sets up the foundations for all updates to follow. Anyone looking for more third person, loot and shoot gameplay will find plenty to enjoy here, with players new and old able to jump in and explore Lower Manhattan.

    Warlords of New York is a welcome addition to The Division 2 and it probably marks the most fun I’ve had with the series to date. While some content falls a little flat, each one of the special encounters is a manic and explosive experience that will bring you to the edge of your seat. The quality of life changes, including the refined loot systems, also breathe life back into one of last year’s more enjoyable looter-shooter titles.
