    They brought Keener back to appeal to vets of the first game. Instead of making his return relevant, they chose to go with a dull predictable manhunt option. They'd be better off setting up and dual faction game - SSHD vs Rogues and let players decide who they would like to side with in the storyline. I guess, it would require too much effort, so cheap, boring, mediocre "kill a bad guy bcThey brought Keener back to appeal to vets of the first game.     Every time I play Ubisoft games, I hope I can find fun and enjoy the art design, music, history background... etc. Than I found out that the design of the game is not giving joy to player but painful way to humiliate solo player. AI are too powerful and can easily destroy solo one. If you make a team, you will see 4 players without a tank. Players use drone and that is the game. Can I shotEvery time I play Ubisoft games, I hope I can find fun and enjoy the art design, music, history background... etc. Than I found out that the design of the game is not giving joy to player but painful way to humiliate solo player. I found a team and how can I do for the team? Nothing, you just die or try to hide, use drone and leave the team. I played for almost 250 hours because I can not find other online co-op game "looks" fun like this. Now I hope I never play and spend money on this game company.     Massive Entertainment took a fun experience in the original version and turned it into something unfun, bug-ridden, unbalanced and unplayable in the expansion. Patches after patches keep turning the experience from really bad to worse.

But at launch division 2 was still lacking, was indeed a progress in many aspects from division 1, but was a downgrade in others. But warlords, was a total let down, everything that was good got broke, and everything that was broke, got worse. Itemization was good at first, but then again, like division 1, it is useless since there is only 2 or 3 viable builds for later difficulty. Enemies have huge health and hit hard in a failed attempt to make the game more challenging, but this only made the game worse, frustrating and dull. The added storyline is a good thing, but endgame are those same old maps, with some boring time challenges, this expansions add nothing good or new, and breaks what was good in base game.… Expand

    why? This game is DEAD! The last wave of ban that hit players who exploited bug the developer cant fix from day one just killed off the player count. Good luck matching up with anyone. The only people who still plays this junk is cheaters who never get banned!

    當初一代被玩家戲稱是二代的beta，想不到massive可以把一代中所有不好的問題在二代中加大，搞砸了一個良好的IP。想當初二代剛發售的時候大家都說[這是更好的全境封鎖]，看來我們錯了。

They banned half their player base for a week and re rolled their gear 2 weeks ! Instead of punishing your players for using an in game glitch maybe you should punish your stupid techs / devs thatYeah ummm.....     **** company with tons of bug , server disconnect and cheat, which uni never fix it.The Massive is very toxic to the player, this mother **** nerf things with at least40% when the NPC just nerf around 10%.I am done with this **** game.

    this is just a joke. don't let this game's vivid graphics fool you
    Literally you have to pour tons of bullets to enemy's bare face to kill them
    and they can surely kill you in a single shot or two

    but before division 2, what's happened?
    1. crazy CEO Julian force his empolyee to give up the division later stage contents, because "when the game done, it can't make new money".
    2. the funny thing is he asked empolyee to develop a Movie ip AVATA. because in his age, Movie are more FANCY and important than a Game!
    3. Many Talents developer left the studio for not understanding the cracy CEO's action. and good news is, Avata 2 movie delay to 2020. according to Crona-Virus situation, I will their 2020 plan still gone.
    4. when Division 2 launched, bugs more, and fun is less. because our Great CEO Julian decide work with computer hardware dealer, if u buy AMD RX580 or CPU, game is free. but this only for EU and US players. not for Africa and Asia player, because? I guess their color not white enough. but why include Russian? I guess their have been dominated by Mongo in Swidish eye, in another word, "Savage".
    5. When DLC launching, the golden/utimate version users, include me, found the dlc is not include in year 1 plan, u still need to pay for it. So, the golden/utimate version users extra money is for only "3 days earlier to join the game".
    6. when DLC Launched, players been kickout from servers all the time, as always, Servers not enough, but Massive don't play to add it. whatever how many copy they sold.
    in a short word, cheap price for DLC, game for free to seduce new comer. but no plan to provide servers to these players.
    7. After DLC launched, players found ton of bugs. and it been fix. then more bugs been found, they give up. some swidish steamer, like Widdz, stream glitch in aim-training mission, and get 1,000 level, they choose to ignore, but ban thousand Asia and Africa account, because? I guess their skin not white enough, and these players dare think out the solution/build we never thought. we have to ban them to let our players to get advantages. like 4 weeks ahead. so, recover the items data to March 17,
    8. when u find a build which almost barely can only used, they will fix it. yes, Quickly much better than to fix a BUG.
    9. in this game, use Auto-aim, lock HP, and other software is safe, but use bug even they don't fix is not allowed. because? their have too many bugs that can't examing a silght complicate cheater software.
    Conclusion, if u what been play, then just buy it.
    If u happens lived in Asia or Africa, then I suggest, never buy Game from Massive Studio again.    … Expand

It is generous for hacking users, but not for users who use bugs. Users suffer because of their poor development, but they only try to solve it with an apology. There are no rewards for users who have paid a lot of money. It is very arrogant.

    What a sh!tshow! Had Division 2 installed on my PC all the time since release, but after playing this dlc for 3-4 days i uninstalled this crap. Every 2nd or 3rd mission is bugged for me, i'm constantly getting stuck in some areas and not able to unlock the next section after this great dlc. They nerfed every skill which are completely useless now and introduced bullet sponge enemies again.What a sh!tshow!     I play online games for like more than a decade and I never see any game developer work like MASSIVE, basically, they never listen to the community, even that game has way too many bugs they still ironically have overly confident in their work.

    Players don't deserve optimal gear builds they come up with. They nerf them into garbages in next patch. With not even the least respect to player's ideas and efforts.     Players don't deserve optimal gear builds they come up with. They nerf them into garbages in next patch. With not even the least respect to player's ideas and efforts. So what's the point playing this game? And with every patch they bring you multiple extraordinary bugs, and it's your fault if you encounter or use them.

    Bug, glitches, banned for no reason, lost all my gear that I spent my time getting, now the game went to fun to fear. Fear because if you think it's fun, you're getting banned. I've played from day 1 of Division 1 and 2, but now, now I will never play this game. Don't waste your money.

    Wony story was just ok....ending was a massive disappointment! The bugs in story were not game breaking but noticable.....endgame lvl 40 thow just broke...bugs upon bugs,Loot is just all trash,exotic drops feel like less than powerful than yellow counterparts! All in all very bas experiance!

By that I mean there has NEVER been a time in the franchise that something wasn't wrong with the... "game(s)". Sure there have been times where some of the CONTENT was fun and engaging but even that was diminished by bugs upon bugs upon bugs that have not been addressed or fixed. Let's be honest here - This isn't a... "game". It's at best a Kickstarter Project. At worst it's a blatant attempt to see how much one dev studio can f*ck its player base and the gaming industry at the same time. WoNY alone launched (LAUNCHED) with 33 new bugs, 1 legacy bug, and 4 game logic exploits.

    [2] THEY HAVE A BROKEN DEV STUDIO: There is a VERY fine line between creative-license and creative-arrogance and Massive; at every step of The Division's life-span; has chosen to always go the route of creative-arrogance. There is one of two things going on here - They are either really, really stupid or they are doing all this nonsense on purpose because they know they have no intention of actually fixing this... "game". And why would they at this point? They know that the naive, sycophant portion of their player-base is going to keep right on buying their BS. If you can make stupid gamers keep buying your product, why would there need to be ACTUAL fixes? Just put a new paint job on this crap every six months or so and causally (sorry-not-sorry approach) deal with the fallout (#WereWorkingOnThat #WereLookingIntoThat #ItsWorkingAsIntended). The ONLY time they seem to get up off of their lazy asses is when their bottom line is in jeopardy. I've never seen a dev team move so fast to fix game logic glitches but have every excuse in the book as to why they can't seem to fix the game-proper. They take no personal responsibility for anything. It's always someone else's fault. I always hear them constantly saying "...The game isn't working as intended because players are doing this or that...". Yeah, well the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. I have yet to hear them say "...Those game logic exploitable glitches are our fault and we take full responsibility for them..." . On top of all of that, Massive is some of the most bold-faced liars I have ever witnessed. Gaming Industry Publishers/Dev Studios; in general; are some of the most (if not THE most) corrupt companies on the planet and Massive is leading the charge.

    Massive delivered some very poignant messages to their community and they are: [1] "...If you talk good about the game and kiss our ass and take everything we do/don't do with a smile on your face, we'll let it go...", [2] "...If you criticize us or our methodology to include, but not limited to, showing the rest of the community how to bypass our own lazy, incompetent, shoddy, unimaginative game code you will be dealt with harshly...", [3] "...We have no intention of actually FIXING the game and/or making actual bug-fixes the priority. Our only concern is keeping our pockets fat and adding more broken content to the broken game and we'll stretch this out for as long as we need to just until we get The Division 3 in a playable state..."     PROS:
    - cool campaign
    - better crafting library

    CONS:
    - RNG is even worse than before, almost all exotic weapons are worthless
    - old bugs which appeared to be fixed long ago are now back
    - new bug such as gear set skills/player skills don't work, enemies spawning inside terrain, etc
    - the enemies are completely unbalanced, only specific gear combos can survive the insane damage
    - any gear that players find and use to bring the game back to balance is nerfed asap

    I've played Division 2 for over 300 hours before the DLC and I couldn't believe how badly they messed up this up. The game was actually pretty balanced before the DLC other than loot RNG.
    The amount of bugs/glitches which are now present in the game shows how little this DLC was tested before release.

    For example on day 1 of release there was a bug where you couldn't talk to safe house and control point NPC that progressed the story. That's right, players had to wait till the next day for emergency patch and even after the patch the control point NPCs didn't always work.
    How the f*ck does that get missed before the release. Did the devs actually play the campaign from start to finish before release?    … Expand

    The Warlords of New York expansion not only added plenty of enjoyable content to The Division 2, but also sets up the foundations for all updates to follow. Anyone looking for more third person, loot and shoot gameplay will find plenty to enjoy here, with players new and old able to jump in and explore Lower Manhattan.

    Warlords of New York is a welcome addition to The Division 2 and it probably marks the most fun I’ve had with the series to date. While some content falls a little flat, each one of the special encounters is a manic and explosive experience that will bring you to the edge of your seat. The quality of life changes, including the refined loot systems, also breathe life back into one of last year’s more enjoyable looter-shooter titles.
