Reused assets, weighted drops, nothing really new to the table. No n ew story missions, no new story period. Should've been a free update while the DLC itself focuses on advancing the narrative. It was fun for the first few days and then you realized you pretty much just paid for some crappy sets and more grinding.

This DLC may be the final nail in the coffin for this game. The loot was terrible before the DLC and many looked forward to the Underground being at least a partial fix for that problem. Guess what? It didn't fix it. It carried on with the same terrible itemization and randomization. Yep, no fix whatsoever. One of my static team is ready to call it quits. Thanks Ubisoft , you bunch of ****

Randomized missions are a welcome addition, but their appeal doesn’t last long, because after a couple of hours you recognize all the elements of the procedurally-generated underground environments and start missing Manhattan. [09/2016, p.54]

The first huge DLC of The Division lives up to the hype by recreating perfectly New York’s underground and improving the combat system. The tension is always present in this setting and Ubisoft has given us one of their best DLC, which gives more life to The Division.
