JaredJFeb 14, 2009After on-and-off play for ten months I'd finished it and was apauled with the results! I had never been so angry in my life when "To Be Continued" rolled around the screen. My respect for "Rainbow Six" had lowered from a ten to an eight. Only loosers make the "To Be Continued" and this really p***ed me off! Seven for story, graphics, A.I. and voice acting.

AnuB.Jan 18, 2007This game gets 10 points for being a technical masterpeice, but loses 5 points because it claims to be more than a shootemup and becasue it relies on a tired old paranoid lowest common denominator plot.

Dec 28, 20137/10 because they could have tried a lot harder when porting this game. But I played the hell out of it when I had a 360. And I will play it again now. It took effort to get it running under windows 7.

Jun 18, 2022Underneath Vegas' glamour is a buggy, messy and downright flawed experience.
-
Jun 23, 2022Only the physics is cool because the game is very monotonous, the maps don't change almost anything

Apr 7, 2023Just text (crutch) to save the game to the list. Such things. Maybe I'll do a review later.

Rainbow Six is reinvented and reinvigorated for a new age thanks to beautiful visuals and top-notch tactical shooting action.
-
It's a serious system hog and those with older (and even middle-range) systems may have a hell of a time making the game run well and look smooth. Sadly multiplayer has been a big problem for us at this point.
-
It feels like an undecided halfway house between two genres - both of which the PC excels at - and it's incapable of deciding which one it wants to be.
