It’s a satisfying conclusion to the overall arc, that will likely see you wanting to play through it all one more time, just to see what other paths you can take, and what changes those paths may make.

Overall, The Wolf Among Us has been an amazing experience. While the gameplay and layout are nearly identical to The Walking Dead; the tone, story, and artwork take The Wolf Among Us out of its predecessor's shadow and give it a permanent place at its side as a prime example of expert storytelling in gaming- with the side effect of the two games being cursed to forever being mentioned in tandem.

An outstandingly paced and flawlessly executed finale to one of the most memorable game settings of all time and space.

Overall, it was a fun ending to a great series. Its ending isn’t satisfying at first, but it grows on you as you think about it. This is the sort of ending that has you talking with your friends for days about it.

Episode 5 delivers a stellar conclusion to the adventures of Bigby Wolf. There are great conflicts in terms of dialog and combat, so players will be solicited in all sorts of ways. It also displays Bigby in all his big bad wolf glory and leaves a fair amount of possibilities for a likely second season of series.

The Wolf Among Us Episode 5: Cry Wolf is a wonderful cap to Telltale’s season. It made me not only want to replay the episode to see various outcomes, but the entire series to see if I had missed any clues planted early on.

This final episode concludes the series. The episode is short but has a good tempo and we are getting a chance to see Sheriff Bigby's final true form.

Overall, I found the journey into Fabletown a delight; filled with memorable characters built on a solid mechanical foundation, and while I believe there more to be done with the formula, it’s the finest Telltale has made so far and well worth experiencing.

The Wolf Among Us has been able to stand the difficult comparison against The Walking Dead. The entire game might not be as good, but I've found its world to be much more immersive and its characters more interesting.

It’s not just a great, surprisingly insightful game. It’s also true to the literary genre that inspired it and Bill Willingham’s Fables comics.

The Wolf Among Us is a noir stemmed in fantasy and (actual) glamour that blurs the lines of right and wrong. I wasn’t able to appreciate the mystery of The Wolf Among Us until the last chapter, but what a gratifying experience it turns out to be.

I don't want more Wolf Among Us -- I need more. It delivers a tone unlike anything Telltale has given us before, and really shows us how they've matured as a studio.

Telltale does it again. The Wolf Among Us has shown that you didn't need the the emotional hook of the first season of The Walking Dead to work. It´s a different beast, more subtle, more meaty and with more to show under the surface.

Regardless, the storytelling of any Telltale series is captivating and leaves you wanting more. The Wolf Among Us is literally a visual story, and we are just its puppet masters.

It’s been a crazy up-and-down season, but the conclusion of The Wolf Among Us is a visceral, stylishly violent adventure in Bill Willingham’s brilliant Fabletown at heart, with some great storytelling aptitude to close things out.

This is one of those rarest of entities: A game that doesn't immediately reveal its true nature, instead having the courage to let it slowly unfurl over the course of nine months. Even now that I think I've seen all The Wolf Among Us is capable of, I'm sincerely hopeful that Telltale gets a chance to defy that expectation.

Even so, “Cry Wolf” is the end to a story worth experiencing. While not every episode has lived up to its potential, the season as a whole has left us with a world that we’re hesitant to leave behind.

The last episode of the series completes the arc of Bigby's investigation, and you'll be able to exact some final judgment on the perpetrators, but the resolution stumbles a bit after a spectacular climactic action scene. The whole series is excellent, and the conclusion may want to make you replay it to figure some stuff out you might have missed.
