Such a long wait for such a short episode. Some of the outcomes for choices didn't give me the intended outcome i was after. I'm not sure if that was the intention or if it wasn't supposed to go my way. Even though there were answers to some questions i had overall i felt a little dissatisfied with the episode as a whole.

i gave this a 7 out of 10, to me it was the worst episode out of the three we have so far, but it is by no means a bad episode there are some tough choices that the game makes you pick not ruining any spoilers but i found taking the medicine a hard choice even though I already kind of knew the outcome. Also trying to care for each character and keep there respect was hard which isi gave this a 7 out of 10, to me it was the worst episode out of the three we have so far, but it is by no means a bad episode there are some tough choices that the game makes you pick not ruining any spoilers but i found taking the medicine a hard choice even though I already kind of knew the outcome. Also trying to care for each character and keep there respect was hard which is something i enjoy out of this series. Also this episode explores family bonding which makes some decisions hard in terms of ethics and morals and still keeping respect with the characters that I feel invested in. However I'm still looking forwards to the next episode.

But this episode looses points because it had such a week ending. And some choices seemed to be meaning less or have no real effect as the game will still force you to move along something telltale need to start paying more attention to. To me it wasn't worth the nearly 4 months wait, but in a sense it does lead up to what episodes 4 and 5 will be about and now we have an actual plot for the rest of the series. All in all good game but don't expect it to have those Holy Sh*t moments.

This season maybe have a high potential but shortness of the episode is really annoying. In this episode we can't see anything to move the story, it was a weak one

A New Frontier tells two tales, one of a battle-hardened teenager and the other of a brother who is trying to keep his family together while struggling with his emotions. It's powerful and steps away from the aesthetics of a melodrama but my dear reader, A New Frontier sets the bar high for its excellent narrative, storytelling and politics of society. You will drown in the world of New Richmond only to be awakened by a Walker nearby.

Overall the storyline is good but sometimes poorly executed, with one example being when a group a survivors have the time to sit down and chat about life (complete with violin-esque music) in the middle of man hunt and impeding zombie attack on their community. In saying that though, the character developments and the evolving relationships between them makes the game genuinely interesting and engaging. And you cannot help but have a concern for their welfare.

An amazing emotional experience that trips and stumbles, but shows what Telltale is capable off.
