the graphics was interesting but puzzles were lousy. there was almost no need for using one's brain, you just had to find things around the place and the puzzles would be solved by themselves. the ending was the worst part! I think they thought they'd make a mysterious ending but they had just messed things up. it was pointless, I recommend it just in case you have lots of free time andthe graphics was interesting but puzzles were lousy. there was almost no need for using one's brain, you just had to find things around the place and the puzzles would be solved by themselves. the ending was the worst part! "Another stupid tablet game, which is being sold dirt cheap, and it will not entertain more than for an afternoon. It has definitely bad controls, it looks horrible and it is completely about nothing." After hearing we review the originally mobile game conversion, you might have responded in the similar fashion. I do not blame you, but it is all about the prejudices getting stronger because of the bad mobile games' reputation. But there is little to no truth in that statement. As a matter of fact, The Room is a game with surprising depth, it looks great, and with ease it rolls over many classic adventure games or independent pieces contemplating about the meaning of life.

While the storyline is a bit lackluster, The Room still manages to be a polished and intriguing experience. The puzzles are mostly fun to solve and the enhancements for PC version ensure that the game looks, sounds and plays great. [Sept 2014]

While it's to The Room's credit that the graphics and sound design remain impressive with the transition to PC, and able to compete against other PC titles, the gameplay does not, and without a compelling story the experience ends up being sadly forgettable.
