    Wow, brutally immersive, wonderful graphics, storytelling, script, narrative, everything perfect. It's a 10/10 game.

    I'm a big fan of cinematographers like Roger Deakins (1917) and Emmanuel Lubezki (The Revenant) - they're Hollywood legends, so I have a lot of sympathy for projects where the camera is not just a part of a good composition, but also a part of a story.     Thanks to camera positioning and lighting, ordinary scenes are given soul and unique atmosphere, and the story becomes even more profound. Thanks to the camera, this game even managed to scare me a few times.

    Game Design doesn't have enough mechanics to give players new puzzles and patterns (Theory of fun, if you know what I mean) and mechanics feel poor and like a wood, but still interesting. Thank you, Bloober Team, for that journey. Waiting for your next game.    … Expand

    Um jogo muito bom, traz de volta o estilo dos games clássicos como Silent Hill e Resident Evil, ambientação de dar inveja para muitos games AAA, uma trilha sonora quase que impecável feita junto de Akira Yamaoka que da sentir todo seu estilo musical e sonoro no jogo. Não tive problemas jogando no PC, só gostaria de uma opção de selecionar os capítulos depois de terminar o game.     Sin duda, The Medium es un muy buen juego. La base de la jugabilidad es un poco walking simulator, donde ir paseando por los escenarios encontrando información y trama, y resolviendo puzzles sencillos. Ocasionalmente añade alguna cosa más pero son momentos puntuales. Por ello, el núcleo de la experiencia se centra en la historia que nos están contando. No es la historia más original jamásSin duda, The Medium es un muy buen juego. La base de la jugabilidad es un poco walking simulator, donde ir paseando por los escenarios encontrando información y trama, y resolviendo puzzles sencillos. Ocasionalmente añade alguna cosa más pero son momentos puntuales. Por ello, el núcleo de la experiencia se centra en la historia que nos están contando. No es la historia más original jamás contada, pero sin duda está excelentemente narrada que al final es lo que importa (a estas alturas, nadie va a reinventar la rueda). Los personajes están muy bien llevados, consigue rápido que conectes y empatices con ellos, que te impliques en lo que esté pasando y trates de ir entendiendo la historia a base de todas las piezas que vas recolectando a medida que avanzas. Esto crea una muy buena sensación de misterio sobrenatural y es que no es un juego de miedo o terror aunque lo pueda parecer, es un juego de horror. Puede parecer un survival horror clásico con sus cámaras fijas y esas cosas, pero esa impresión no dura mucho una vez el juego se pone en marcha.

    La puesta en escena está muy bien hecha, con un mundo real que es muy creíble y tiene multitud de detalles, compaginado con un mundo alternativo con un diseño mucho más bizarro y demente pero que funciona fantástico. Y funciona especialmente bien en los momentos en que ambos mundos interactuan, con sus puestas en escena tan distintas complementándose la una a la otra. El sonido es espectacular. Aunque no tiene demasiada música, funciona muy bien cuando está presente, y tanto los efectos de sonido como (especialmente) el doblaje son excelentes. Como pega, eso si, tiene algunos problemas de optimizado que hace que tire más de máquina de lo que debería, y cuando lo puse en DX12 (que mi ordenador mueve sin fallo) dio multitud de problemas, cuelgues y salidas a escritorio, y tuve que volver a ponerlo en DX11 para que fuese jugable.

    Por todo ello, sin duda, The Medium es un juego extremadamente recomendable. Un 8,5.    … Expand

    I have seen a sneak peak from a youtuber, he was playing the Xbox demo.I fall in love with the game, music was amazing, artstyle, sound. It make me remember silent hill from the past. I bought it and I was amaze by the gameplay and graphics. I am a FPS lover, but this game wow, took me out of my comfort zone. The caracters are endearing, story was good.

    Me ha gustado mucho el juego, lo tengo en el Game Pass y aunque es cierto que requiere optimización a fecha de hoy porque a veces se caen los fps, el juego está muy cuidado, la ambientación es fantástica, los gráficos se ven de miedo. Para mi es de 8, aunque el doy 9 por aquellos que le han puesto 0 sin haberlo olido siquiera, tónica habitual de esta página.

    Oyun son yıllarda oynadığım en iyi hikayeye sahip oyundu. 3. tekil kişi ve yön tuşlarıyla ilerletmek başta beni oynamaktan caydırsada sonradan alışınca devam edebildim.
    Görsel efektler, oyunun atmosferi, sinematografiler ve karakter çizimleri üst düzeydi. Maw karakterinin oluşturduğu gerilim ve olay örgüsünün içerisine güzelce yerleştirilmesiyle korku / gerilim türüne yeni bir soluk getirdiklerini söyleyebilirim.
    Thomas ve Richard karakteride özgündüler fakat sovyet ajanı Henry çok daha komplike bir karakter olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. hem aile babası hem de vahşi bir ajan. Masumiyetini çok iyi bir şekilde insanları aldatmak için kullanabiliyordu.
    Marianne ise baş karakterdi ve duygularını hissettirmesi açısından saf bir şekilde oluşturulmuştur, Sadness ile ilişkileri oldukça keyif vericiydi. Ayrıca Maw'in tehdit sözleri de diyalog yazarlarının işini bildiğini göstermektedir.

    Awesome game. The optimization terrible. I have a pretty powerful PC, but i had to play with medium settings and still couldn't make that 60 FPS. But the story and game-play worth it. Love it. I wouldn't mind if it's over and won't be a sequel or DLC, but please keep develop games like this. :)

    Very decent game. I enjoyed it because I like eastern European vibe and abandoned hotels in general, and this game gave me everything.

    The plot is quite interesting, the quests and tasks are somewhat different every time and explore and utilize game mechanics in different ways.

    Definitely, I will recommend this game.

    Gameplay dari The Medium kebanyakan hanya jalan dan memiliki camera control fixed yang menurut saya sudah outdated. Untuk suasana, the medium memiliki athmosphere yang sangat bagus. Untuk cerita, lumayan menarik, tetapi memliki ending yang tidak pasti, yang membuat pemain yang menginterpretasikannya sendiri. Untuk performanya sendiri agak buruk, kalau ada scene dual screen, expect untukGameplay dari The Medium kebanyakan hanya jalan dan memiliki camera control fixed yang menurut saya sudah outdated. Untuk suasana, the medium memiliki athmosphere yang sangat bagus. Untuk cerita, lumayan menarik, tetapi memliki ending yang tidak pasti, yang membuat pemain yang menginterpretasikannya sendiri. Untuk performanya sendiri agak buruk, kalau ada scene dual screen, expect untuk framedrop. Grafisnya lumayan, tetapi menurut saya setting tempat di alam keduanya agak repetitif.

La musique est excellente, suffit de voir le nom du compositeur... le gameplay est dans les standard du genre mais le coté 2 monde en même temps je trouve ça excellent. Graphiquement c'est pas mal sachant que le studio comptait qu'une vingtaine de membres et avec un tout petit budget.     The game is a little piece of art. It starts a bit boring, you have to get used to the camera and controls. Then, with each passing minute, the game draws the player more and more.     Nice surprise. The game is too linear, and "simple", but the story is really interesting, and it kept me engaged for the whole playthrough.
    My only real complain is the fact that the visuals are gorgeous, but the movements of the characters are so stif and weird. It made me unconfortable at some points. I know it's not easy for a small studio, it's not REALLY a big deal, for me, it was    Nice surprise.     The Medium is a psychological thriller with various simple puzzles, a whiff of horror and music like from Silent Hill. As a result, you will play the game mainly because of the storytelling and for its atmosphere. [Issue#310]

    The Medium deftly ties all loose story ends and shows impressive art direction, but it lacks wholeness. The game feels like an artist who has too many ideas at the same time; he would grab a brush, then a pen or a piece of coal… but still cannot finish his masterpiece.

    The Medium isn't an unflawed masterpiece. It's got some performance issues on PC and some jankeyness in unexpected places. However it has got this absolutely unique horror atmosphere, beautifully crafted worlds and some absolute heart-string pulling story moments. This is a successful return of the "horror adventure" game style from those golden oldies everyone fondly remembers. Bloober Team has done an outstanding job making this title and it's one hundred percent recommended to all fans of horror.
