Jun 6, 2018Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset is an exciting new chapter for the MMO. It offers an engaging narrative that kept this progression driven gamer distracted which is saying a lot. Although the expansion didn’t offer a new class we were introduced to a pretty fun new skill tree and despite the grind to unlock it, it offers some great new approaches to combat. With a beautiful new zone, intriguing story and only a few minor grievances, I highly recommend picking up Summerset.

Jun 5, 2018When Morrowind was released last year, it was what I’d call Peak ESO. Now that Summerset is here, it’s raised that bar even more. Where Zenimax takes the game next is anyone’s guess, but I know I’ll be there to find out.

Jun 4, 2018Summerset has a tough challenge to follow in the footsteps of Morrowind. But the expansion delivers with an exciting storyline, an interesting new order to join, loads of new content and a beautiful island. We only hoped the island would be bigger.
-
Jun 6, 2018Summerset is the best evolution that The Elder Scrolls Online could have. An expansion that brings more personality to the game, with lots of quality content and made for both veterans and newcomers. Summerset is the best thing that has happened to TESO by far.

May 29, 2018Even if it comes with no major gameplay tweaks, this new chapter of The Elder Scrolls Online is filled with beautiful environments and strong writing, making the game a perfect fit for some summer playing time.
-
Jun 1, 2018A well done addition to the main game with many new challenges like quests, vaults and skills.
-
Jun 22, 2018Summerset is a great second chapter for Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), allowing players to explore, challenge themselves with new and dangerous enemies, and learn about the Psijic Order that had disappeared over 300 years earlier.
-
Jun 11, 2018The Elder Scrolls Online will never feel like a proper Elder Scrolls game for many people who flock to it, but while we wait for whatever comes after Skyrim, it’s a damn fine way of passing the time.
-
Jun 7, 2018The generically beautiful Summerset is on the smaller side in terms of overall new additions to The Elder Scrolls Online, but even after completing the majority of the side quests and all of the main storyline I feel compelled to go back.
-
Jun 1, 2018If there was more to do, if the actions you took had more of an impact on the rest of Tamriel, and if there were perhaps a new race or class to be had with this expansion, I would have gladly given this a near-perfect score. As it stands, I still believe this is a must for those that wish to have a bit more from the game, but those who do not already own Elder Scrolls Online would perhaps be more suited to wait for a sale or perhaps a friend or two to experience the game with.
-
Jun 13, 2018The Summerset expansion pack brings a lot of quests, an enormous map to explore, and some pretty nifty skills and abilities to the table and I recommend anyone playing ESO pick it up post-haste.
-
Jun 25, 2018The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset is a good add-on, with a new realm, main quest and characters, but still not up to the Morrowind standard.

May 25, 2018There’s much I wish it did better, but I can’t fail to be drawn in by the sheer substance of it.
