    I didn't technically play the game, but I was part of a party of people watching/playing it. I truly think that watching it was more enjoyable than playing it, because the game seemed like it would be awful to play.

    The graphics are very strikingly uncanny valley

    It's a great game , i like it never felt I wasted my time playing, nice build up of characters and narrative. For now one of the best of this sequel. (Hadn't play yet "House of Ashes" and "Evil in me")

    Even tho some may say its better than man of medan, i consider it to be as mediocre if not even worse. The outcomes are evem more limited, and also the characters dont exist so whats the point in saving them, andrew cant **** die, so hes a cheat code that u start to see. The only pros to man of medan are its better optimised, it looks better, and its a bit more alert

    Good game since mid final. I play in this game with my friend and It was funny and sometimes strainded. This god expirience and i can not call this game bad.

    Отличия от предыдущей части минимальны, все также довольно красива, кинематографична. Свою роль интерактивного кинца на вечер, два, выполняет на ура. В отличии от первой части, где, в чем суть довольно быстро понял, здесь сути не понимал до самого финала ( Но не потому что, что-то очень оригинальное, для любителей ужастиком неожиданные повороты антологии не думаю что могут удивить, да иОтличия от предыдущей части минимальны, все также довольно красива, кинематографична.     Giving one point for the impressive graphics alone, the rest of the game is corny choices with woke characters who are utterly boring. This developer really should have focused on making an actual game and not some "click words" game. My friend told me how "fun" this game is and wanted someone to play coop with them so I unfortunately wasted money on this crapfest.

    These interactive movies should stick to just prompting you with what you want to do next, every time i have to actually pick up my controller to walk in a straight line for five meters or do some braindead quick time event im just reminded how awful this is as a game.

    THE GAME IS NOT BAD per se, but coming from Until Dawn I was hoping both Anthology games would be paranormal horror/creature feature, yet you will see that disappointingly is not

    This game is just badly written and executed, in the first 20 minutes you know what this is about, I mean(Heavy spoilers) Act 1 a bus driver, voices heard in the bus but no one is seen, Police officer confused when told he needs to take "them" to their destination, and then after an accident, cut and move to a home where all but 1 die... Then all of them are a character that shows after the bus crashes, there you are given the whole story, all of it is on the MC's mind(And it is overly obvious, like the black dude that never responds to anyone but MC and laughs when he talks about "them" when he only sees the MC

    Until dawn being paranormal in nature, and considering The Curator is apparently Death itself, one would expect this to be paranormal, and I am guessing that the next installment is going to be all about PTSD, so they went from a blockbuister hit, to lameness, and BTW, the ending sequence was totally unnecesary, as it is obvious all that is shown there(all of this besides the fact that the game uses a widely used trope, like the movies Identity, Raising Cain, The Dark Half, Secret window, even Psycho or Friday 13th(1st movie) and books like Thr3e)    … Expand

    Little Hope is a 4 our long interactive horror game that can be played solo or with a friend, here you play as a group of people after a bus swerves and crashes, youre all stuck in this abandoned ghost town called little hope with no way to escape.. the bus driver is missing and youll all set out to find him and also a way to find help.. while youre walking around youll ocassionally run into the little demon ghost girl, shell grab you and youre thrown into the past, as half of the game takes place in the 1690s witch trials.. and this are the best parts of the game.. I would have loved to play the entire game in this setting, the visuals, the acting, the charcters.. the eriness.. I loved when a ghost would grab me and take me back… and youre basically trying to solve the mystery of this little demon girl and why everyone in the past looks like the group of people youre with. Sadly the present day is so boring to get through… It was really hard to pay attention during these moments of basically just walking forward and interacting with stuff waiting to get grabbed again… that’s literally what it feels like, even when monsters are introduced to the game.. and for the first time playing a supermassive game, I felt like nothing had consequences, I felt like none of my choices ultimately mattered, leaving little to no replay value to be had here… obviously I don’t want to get into spoilers as this is a heavy story based game, but the ending here is the ending, it cant be changed, all that can be changed is the lead up to the revelation… really disappointing.
    Overal though I loved this story way more than Man of Medans.. the parts of the game that take place in the oast, and trying to come up with the answer to this games story as I played made it all worth it…
    Though the story is one you have little to no impact on this time and are more so just along for the ride… the story definitely saves this game from mediocrity.

    Um jogo que me prendeu inicialmente muito bem, as escolhas também são bem vastas o que faz o jogo ser muito bom neste aspecto, porém, embora o jogo te prenda inicialmente com o decorrer do enredo instiga sua curiosidade a saber o porquê das coisas, o Final é surpreendente, porém, de forma extremamente negativa, por mais que o final até consiga funcionar, ele é terrivel, quando vemos coisasUm jogo que me prendeu inicialmente muito bem, as escolhas também são bem vastas o que faz o jogo ser muito bom neste aspecto, porém, embora o jogo te prenda inicialmente com o decorrer do enredo instiga sua curiosidade a saber o porquê das coisas, o Final é surpreendente, porém, de forma extremamente negativa, por mais que o final até consiga funcionar, ele é terrivel, quando vemos coisas que instigaram tanto nossa curiosidade ter uma explicação no minimo Frustrante, um jogo bem mediano, foi bom enquanto eu jogava, mas após acabar, foi só mais um jogo… Expand

    I loved the game and story. It would have been a solid 9 for me. But the whole point of a "choose your own adventure" is you should get to choose your own adventure! At a certain point, you CANT CHOOSE because retard-designed QTEs get randomly mixed in with no warning or explanation. Youll spend the first 4 hours intuitively hitting "x" when they show x or whatever. Then late in the gameI loved the game and story. It would have been a solid 9 for me. Then late in the game when your QTE go into instant permadeath, i have cross hairs and a stupid + i have to move around. This is not explained ANYWHERE in game.

    Am i supposed to be drinking retard juice to understand wtf these dumb designers want? After a couple of deaths, I guess they want me to put the + in the crosshairs and don't hit anything til it expires - still nothing good happens. I just watch my characters flair around, get tortured, and killed off one-by-one under an onslaught of "+" crosshair QTEs back to back. Screw me- the other 100 button mashes and team-building exercises didn't mean crap! FK you Bandai for this nonsense psycho garbage and crapping on what should have been a great game. Now i have to watch "good" endings on youtube!.    … Expand

    As someone who really enjoyed Man of Maden and Until Dawn, it really pains me to leave a negative review for this game.

    Firstly, the concept of Little Hope is fantastic. Everything about the game from the much improved story, cast of characters and voice acting is amazing. The game itself is riddled with game breaking bugs when playing in co-op. As of now, there is an infinite loading    As someone who really enjoyed Man of Maden and Until Dawn, it really pains me to leave a negative review for this game.

    Firstly, the concept of Little Hope is fantastic. Everything about the game from the much improved story, cast of characters and voice acting is amazing. The game itself is riddled with game breaking bugs when playing in co-op. As of now, there is an infinite loading screen bug which appears to be caused by a dodgy save file. Only way to fix this to fix this was basically to replay the scene from the start. There was another moment where the game soft locked for me. After restarting the game and I was once again affected by the soft lock at the very same point in the game. While playing with a friend of mine, he described that he was in some kind of limbo where everything was not loaded in which is the possible reason why my game is soft locking. I feel that the game has some kind of major syncing issues.

    Because of these game breaking bugs. I simply cannot recommend to anyone to buy this game for the time being until Super Massive have released a hotfix/patch to fix the major breaking bugs.

    Again, mega shame as I didn't have any of these issue with Man of Meden when I first played it on console.    … Expand

    I was sure Little Hope will improve significantly upon the first installment in The Dark Pictures series, but the developers opted for the bare minimum. The story is more interesting, the ending is more surprising, and the character cast is better. There are also some technical improvements. Little Hope is decent, but still fails to provide things I expect from a good horror game, like more engaging gameplay, interesting plot twists (Until Dawn!), and a real sense of terror.     While it doesn’t do anything new and even scales back its pure horror atmosphere, Little Hope greatly impresses in other ways with a more intriguing narrative and incredibly tense – and fun – interactive sequences. If you’re new to Supermassive’s games, this may be the best jumping-in point so far.

    Little Hope is a slight improvement over Man of Medan. It’s still not scary at all, but at least it's less annoying than the first game. This time around, Supermassive wrote a better story, used decent camera angles, and purged awkward jokes (dumb "screamers" are still in there, though).
